नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने रविवार को उत्तरप्रदेश के भदोही में विजय संकल्प रैली को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने राजनीति के चार पंथ बताए। मोदी ने कहा कि नामपंथी, वामपंथी, दाम-दमनपंथियों के बाद हम विकासपंथी लेकर आए। मोदी आज मध्य प्रदेश के सागर और ग्वालियर में भी जनसभाएं करेंगे।

भारत की ताकत को मानाने के लिए तैयार नहीं महामिलावटी

1.मोदी ने कहा, ‘‘इन महामिलावटी दलों का क्या करूं जो भारत की ताकत को मानने के लिए ही तैयार नहीं हैं। कांग्रेस हर चीज को चुनावी चश्मे से देखती है इसीलिए देश के ये हालत हैं।’’

2. 2014 से पहले कांग्रेस ने 10 साल तक जो सरकार चलाई उसने देश की साख का ऐसा हाल कर के रखा था कि दुनिया हमारी साख मानने को तैयार नहीं थी।’’

3. ‘‘याद करिए हजारों-लाखों करोड़ के घोटाले। भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सड़कों पर आंदोलन। हर तरफ दलालों की चर्चा रहती थी। आपके यह चौकीदार ने सब कुछ बंद कर दिया है। आज देश में चर्चा हो रही है स्वच्छ भारत की, गरीब के लिए शौचालय बने। गरीब को घर मिला उसकी चर्चा हो रही है, गरीब के घर गैस पहुंची और धुआं हटा, उसकी चर्चा हो रही है। यह बदलाव है।’’

4. ‘‘उनको (विपक्ष) परेशानी यही है कि मोदी को कुछ होता क्यों नहीं है। इस देश के 130 करोड़ देशवासी दीवार बनकर खड़े हैं। दो दिन पहले ही मीडिया ने खुलासा किया है कि कैसे कांग्रेस के नामदार ने अपने ही बिजनेस पार्टनर और करीबी दोस्तों को रक्षा सौदे दिलवाए।’’

5. ‘‘इन्हें कभी यह ध्यान नहीं रहा कि गरीबों को घर दिलवा दें, उनके लिए शौचालय बनवा दें। घर में बिजली लगवा दें। इन्होंने कभी लोगों की परवाह नहीं की लेकिन दोस्तों के लिए लंदन तक चक्कर काटते रहे। इसलिए इनके (राहुल गांधी) अपने क्षेत्र के लोगों ने इन्हें भागने पर मजबूर कर दिया।’’

6. ‘‘जब इन्हें सेवा का मौका मिलता है तो यह एनआरएचएम जैसे घोटाले करते हैं। हम आयुष्मान भारत जैसी योजनाएं देते हैं। जब इन्हें सत्ता मिलती है तो यह जाति देखकर बिजली देते हैं। हमें सत्ता मिलती है तो हम सबको बिजली देते हैं।’’

‘आजादी के बाद चार पॉलिटिकल कल्चर’
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, ‘‘हमारे देश में स्वतंत्रता के बाद की राजनीति में चार अलग-अलग तरह के दल और पॉलिटिकल कल्चर देखे गए हैं। पहला नामपंथी, दूसरा वामपंथी, तीसरा दाम-दमन पंथी और चौथा जो हम लाए- विकास पंथी। नामपंथी यानि जो सिर्फ अपने वंशवादी नेता का नाम जपे। वामपंथी यानि जो विदेशी विचारधारा को भारत पर थोपने की कोशिश करे। दाम-दमन पंथी यानि जो धन और बाहुबल की ताकत पर सत्ता पर कब्जा करे और चौथा विकासपंथी, जिसके लिए सिर्फ औऱ सिर्फ देश के लोगों का विकास ही सबसे बड़ी प्राथमिकता हो, जिसके लिए दल से भी बड़ा देश हो।’’

ग्वालियर में छः माह में दूसरी चुनावी सभा करने वाले पहले पीएम होंगे मोदी

मोदी देश के पहले ऐसे प्रधानमंत्री हैं जो छह महीने में ग्वालियर में दूसरी बार चुनावी सभा करेंगे। वे 16 नवंबर 2018 को विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान मेला ग्राउंड में आमसभा संबोधित करने आए थे। वैसे ग्वालियर में उनकी यह तीसरी सभा होगी। 2014 में वे फूलबाग मैदान में चुनावी सभा संबोधित कर चुके हैं। तब वे प्रधानमंत्री पद के उम्मीदवार थे। इससे पहले देश में जो भी प्रधानमंत्री हुए हैं, उनमें से कई की चुनावी सभाएं ग्वालियर में हुई हैं, लेकिन इतने कम अंतराल में एक से अधिक चुनावी सभाएं लेने वाले मोदी अब तक इकलौते प्रधानमंत्री हैं।

सागर: प्रधानमंत्री रहते हुए चुनावी सभा में आने वाले मोदी पहले नेता
सागर के कजलीवन मैदान में पिछले 40 सालों में गांधी परिवार की तीन पीढ़ियां आ चुकी हैं। इंदिरा, राजीव और राहुल तीनों ने यहां चुनावी सभाएं की हैं, लेकिन तब न इंदिरा प्रधानमंत्री थीं और न राजीव इस पद पर थे। 5 मई (रविवार) को मोदी की इसी मैदान पर सभा होनी है। बतौर प्रधानमंत्री सभा को संबोधित करने वाले वे पहले प्रधानमंत्री होंगे।

सागर में यह तीसरा दौरा मोदी का
मोदी 2013 के पहले भी सागर आ चुके हैं। करीब 13 साल पहले मध्यप्रदेश के प्रभारी रहते हुए वे सागर आए थे। कटरा मस्जिद के पास उन्होंने पार्टी के कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया था। 1979 में इंदिरा आईं तब केंद्र में मोरारजी देसाई की सरकार थी, 1982 में राजीव बतौर राष्ट्रीय महासचिव और 2018 में राहुल गांधी राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष के रूप में कजलीवन मैदान में चुनावी सभाएं कर चुके हैं।
