नई दिल्ली। पूर्वी लद्दाख में भारत और चीन के सेनाओं के बीच वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर तनाव जारी है। इसे सुलझाने के लिए सैन्य और कूटनीतिक प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं लेकिन दोनों सेनाएं अपनी पोजिशन से पीछे हटने को तैयार नहीं है। चीन ने सीमा पर अपने सैनिकों के साथ-साथ हथियारों, टैंकों और आर्टिलरी गनों की भी तैनाती बढ़ाई है। इसके जबाव में भारत ने भी पूरा इंतजाम किया है।

लेकिन जानकारों का कहना है कि चीनी सेना के पीछे हटने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि उसने इस मामले में अपने कदम पीछे खींच लिए हैं। इस तनाव को खत्म करने के लिए दोनों सेनाओं के बीच अब तक 7 बार बैठक हो चुकी है। चीन की पीपल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी (पीएलए) और भारतीय सेना के बीच ब्रिगेडियर स्तर पर 4 और मेजर जनरल स्तर की 3 बार बात हो चुकी है लेकिन ये सभी बेनतीजा रहीं।

अब सारी नजरें 6 जून को होने वाली लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल स्तर की बातचीत पर टिकी है। इसमें सेना की 14वीं कोर के कमांडर और पीएलए के वेस्टर्न थिअटर के इसी रैंक के अधिकारी हिस्सा लेंगे। भारतीय सेना साफ कर चुकी है कि जब तक स्थिति पहले जैसी नहीं हो जाती, वह एक इंच भी पीछे हटने को तैयार नहीं हैं। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह का कहना है कि चीन के साथ सैन्य और कूटनीति दोनों स्तरों पर बातचीत चल रही है।
