प्रयागराज। ऐतिहासि प्रयागराज कुम्भ मेले में करोड़ों की हेराफेरी के मामले ने सरकार को सकते में दाल दिया है। प्रयागराज के दारागंज पुलिस स्टेशन में यहां के जाने-माने टेंट सप्लायर्स ‘लल्लूजी एंड संस’ के खिलाफ एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है। उन पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने साल 2019 के कुंभ में दिए गए सामानों के एवज में जाली बिल जमा कर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से 109.85 करोड़ रुपये ठगने का प्रयास किया है। लल्लूजी के यहां से दशकों से कुंभ, महा कुंभ और माघ मेले के लिए टेंट, फर्नीचर और लाउडस्पीकर्स मंगाए जाते रहे हैं। उनके खिलाफ यह प्राथमिकी कुंभ मेले के तत्कालीन अतिरिक्त मेला अधिकारी दयानंद प्रसाद ने दर्ज कराई है। एफआईआर में फर्म से जुड़े 11 लोगों के नाम शामिल हैं। प्रयागराज मेला प्राधिकरण द्वारा फर्म को अगले पांच वर्षों के लिए ब्लैक लिस्ट भी कर दिया गया है।
स्टेशन हाउस ऑफिसर (एसएचओ) जे.पी. शाही ने कहा कि शिकायत में दावा किया गया है कि प्रयागराज मेला प्राधिकरण को कुंभ के लिए शहर में एक बड़ा सा अस्थायी टेंट लगाना था। इसके लिए फर्म को टेंट, टीन के शीट्स और फर्नीचर का ठेका दिया गया था। फर्म ने फरवरी 2017 से 6 जुलाई, 2019 के बीच 196.24 करोड़ रुपये का बिल जमा किया। जबकि जांच किए जाने पर पता लगा कि 86.83 करोड़ तक के बिल असली थे, बाकी सभी जाली थे।
प्रयागराज मेला प्राधिकरण में कुंभ मेला अधिकारी विजय किरण आनंद ने कहा, “फर्म ने करोड़ों के फर्जी बिल बनाए थे। अगर सभी विभागों से फर्म को किए गए भुगतान की बात की जाए, तो इन्हें लगभग 171 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया गया है।” उन्होंने आगे कहा, फर्म ने भी इस मामले के लिए मध्यस्थता अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया है और सभी कागजाद पेश किए हैं, जिसमें हमारे अधिकारियों के जाली हस्ताक्षर भी हैं। इस करोड़ों की धोखाधड़ी में जहाँ दोनों अपना-अपना पक्ष रख रहे हैं ऐसे में सवाल ये उठता है कि टेंट सप्लायर को पैसा देते वक़्त अधिकारिओं ने क्या आँखों पर पट्टी बाँध राखी थी, तब उन्हें जाली हस्ताक्षर और जाली बिल नजर नहीं आये।
