यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे के पास बस खाई में गिरी ; 29 की मौत, 20 जख्मी

हादसा आगरा से 9 किमी दूर एत्मादपुर कस्बे के पास तड़के साढ़े चार बजे हुआ हादसा, यूपी रोडवेज की बस में 50 से ज्यादा यात्री सवार थे

लखनऊ। यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे आज सुबह साढ़े चार बजे बस अनियंत्रित होकर बस नाले में गिर गई। इसमें 29 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई और 20 से अधिक घायलों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। इस दर्दनाक हादसे में आगरा से 9 किमी दूर एत्मादपुर के पास हुआ। मारे गए लोगों में 27 पुरुष और 2 लड़कियां शामिल हैं।
एसएसपी के आगरा बबलू कुमार ने बताया कि यूपी रोडवेज की “जनरथ सेवा” बस लखनऊ से दिल्ली जा रही थी। बस में 50 से ज्यादा यात्री सवार थे। क्रेन की मदद से बस को नाले से निकाला और 29 लोगों के शव बरामद हुए। वहीं, डीएम आगरा एनजी रवि कुमार ने बस के तेज रफ्तार में होने और ड्राइवर को झपकी आने की वजह से हादसे की आशंका जताई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने की मृतकों को 5 लाख रु की सहायता राशि देने की घोषणा
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने हादसे पर दुख जताया। उन्होंने उपमुख्यमंत्री दिनेश शर्मा और परिवहन मंत्री स्वतंत्र देव सिंह को मौके पर जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पीड़ितों की हर संभव मदद की जा रही है। वहीं, रोडवेज ने मृतकों के परिजन को 5 लाख रु। की सहायता देने की बात कही है।

सीएम ने दिए जांच के आदेश
मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने ट्रांसपोर्ट कमिश्नर और डिविजनल कमिश्नर को समिति गठित कर 24 घंटे के अंदर हादसे की जांच रिपोर्ट पेश करने के आदेश दिए। वहीं, भाजपा के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने मृतकों के परिजनों के प्रति संवेदनाएं व्यक्त कीं। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मैं घायलों के लिए दुआ करता हूं कि वे जल्दी स्वस्थ हों।’

रेलिंग तोड़ते हुए 30 फीट गहरे नाले में जा गिरी बस
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार अवध डिपो की रोडवेज बस रविवार रात 10 बजे आलमबाग रोडवेज बस स्टैंड से सवारियों को लेकर दिल्ली के लिए निकली थी। बस लखनऊ एक्सप्रेस-वे और इनर रिंग रोड होते हुए तड़के लगभग साढ़े चार बजे करीब बस यमुना एक्सप्रेस- वे पर पहुंच गई। बताया जा रहा है कि यहां से दो-तीन किलोमीटर चलते ही चालक को झपकी आ गई। इसके बाद अनियंत्रित होकर बस यमुना एक्सप्रेस- वे की चार फीट ऊंची रेलिंग को तोड़ते हुए 30 फीट गहरे नाले में जा गिरी।

बस में 40-45 यात्री थे सवार

कहा जा रहा है कि बस में लगभग 40 से 45 यात्री सवार थे। हादसे के समय अधिकतर यात्री गहरी नींद में थे। किसी को चीखने का भी मौका नहीं मिला। गांव के ही एक व्यक्ति ने हादसे के समय धमाके जैसी जोर की आवाज सुनी। उसी ने आसपास के लोगों को इसकी जानकारी दी। इसके बाद गांव वाले भारी संख्या में वहां पहुंच गए। ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस को सूचना दी।

गांव वालों की मदद से घायलों को निकाला बाहर
उधर, बस नाले में गिरकर उल्टी हो गई थी और सभी सवारियां उसमें फंसी हुई थीं। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने गांववालों की मदद से घायलों को बाहर निकाला और उन्हें अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। हादसे के करीब दो घंटे बाद जेसीबी और क्रेन मौके पर पहुंची। इसके बस को सीधा कर उसमें फंसे अन्य लोगों को निकाला गया, जिसमें ज्यादातर की मौत हो चुकी थी। मृतकों की शिनाख्त के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। सभी शवों को पोस्टमॉर्टम हाउस भिजवा दिया गया है।

डीएम बोले, शायद ड्राइवर को आई थी झपकी
आगरा के डीएम एनजी रवि कुमार ने बताया है इस हादसे में एक बच्ची और 15 साल की बालिका सहित 29 लोगों की मौत हुई है। 18 घायलों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रारंभिक जांच में ऐसा लग रहा है कि बस की स्पीड तेज थी और ड्राइवर को झपकी आ गई थी। फिलहाल मौके पर सर्च ऑपरेशन जारी है।

घायलों को बेहतर इलाज व्यवस्था का निर्देश
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने हादसे पर दुख जताया है। उन्होंने उपमुख्यमंत्री दिनेश शर्मा और परिवहन मंत्री स्वतंत्र देव सिंह को तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचने का निर्देश दिया है। साथ ही एसपी और डीएम को भी मौके पर पहुंचकर घायलों को जल्द इलाज दिलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके अलावा सीएम ने मृतकों के परिवारवालों को पांच लाख रुपये की आर्थिक मदद देने की भी घोषणा की है।
