राजनितिक संकट को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला-अब 5 जजों की संविधान पीठ करेगी सुनवाई

महाराष्ट्र। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र राजनीतिक संकट को लेकर बड़ा निर्णय लिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले को सुनवाई के लिए संविधान पीठ के पास भेजा है। इसका मामले की सुनवाई अब 5 जजों की संविधान पीठ करेगी। इसके साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चुनाव आयोग को एकनाथ शिंदे गुट की याचिका पर कोई आदेश पारित नहीं करने का निर्देश दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चुनाव आयोग को आदेश दिया कि वह महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे के खेमे द्वारा ‘असली शिवसेना’ पार्टी के रूप में मान्यता देने और उसे ‘धनुष और तीर’ का चुनाव चिन्ह आवंटित करने के लिए दायर आवेदन पर गुरुवार तक कोई कार्रवाई न करे।

आपको बता दें कि पिछले दिनों एकनाथ शिंदे ने शिवसेना से बगावत करके भाजपा के साथ मिलकर सरकार बना ली थी। इसके बाद से शिवसेना के चुनाव चिन्ह को लेकर उद्धव ठाकरे को और एकनाथ शिंदे को में विवाद चल रहा है। इसके अलावा डिप्टी स्पीकर को लेकर भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका डाली गई है। प्रधान न्यायाधीश एनवी रमण की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ ने बृहस्पतिवार को संविधान पीठ के समक्ष याचिकाओं को सूचीबद्ध करने का आदेश दिया और निर्वाचन आयोग को शिंदे गुट की उस याचिका पर कोई आदेश पारित नहीं करने का निर्देश दिया जिसमें शिंदे गुट ने कहा था कि उसे असली शिवसेना माना जाए और पार्टी का चुनाव चिन्ह दिया जाए।

न्यायमूर्ति कृष्ण मुरारी और न्यायमूर्ति हिमा कोहली की पीठ ने कहा, ‘‘मामले को बृहस्पतिवार को संविधान पीठ के समक्ष सूचीबद्ध करें और पीठ शुरुआत में निर्वाचन आयोग की कार्यवाही से संबंधित चुनाव चिन्ह के संबंध में फैसला करेगी।’’ पीठ महाराष्ट्र में हाल के राजनीतिक संकट से संबंधित लंबित मामलों की सुनवाई कर रही थी, जिसके कारण राज्य में शिवसेना के नेतृत्व वाली महा विकास आघाड़ी (एमवीए) सरकार गिर गई थी।
