राज्यसभा के 8 विपक्षी सांसद किये पूरे सत्र के लिए निलंबित, ममता बोलीं- तानाशाही कर रही सरकार

नई दिल्ली। राज्यसभा सभापति वेंकैया नायडू ने सोमवार को 8 विपक्षी सांसदों को सदन की कार्यवाही से पूरे सत्र के लिए निलंबित कर दिया। रविवार को कृषि से जुड़े दो विधेयक सदन में पास हुए थे। चर्चा के दौरान इन विपक्षी सांसदों ने वेल में आकर नारेबाजी और हंगामा किया था और उपसभापति हरिवंश का माइक निकालने की कोशिश भी की थी।

जिन सांसदों को निलंबित किया गया, उनमें तृणमूल कांग्रेस से डेरेक ओ’ब्रायन, डोला सेन, कांग्रेस से राजीव सातव, रिपुन बोरा, सैयद नजीर हुसैन, आप से संजय सिंह व माकपा से केके रागेश और इलामारन करीम हैं। इन सभी पर उपसभापति के साथ असंसदीय व्यवहार करने का आरोप है।

भुवनेश्वर कालिता ने निलंबित सांसदों को सदन से बाहर जाने का निवेदन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि निलंबित सांसद नियम के मुताबिक अपनी बात रख सकते हैं, लेकिन ऐसा सदन में पहले कभी नहीं हुआ। हंगामे के चलते सदन मंगलवार 9 बजे तक स्थगित कर दिया गया।

उपसभापति पर कार्रवाई की मांग खारिज
सभापति वेंकैया ने उपसभापति हरिवंश पर कार्रवाई की मांग को खारिज कर दिया। कृषि मंत्री के जवाब पर बहस की मांग खारिज होने पर 12 विपक्षी दलों ने रविवार को हरिवंश के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव का नोटिस दिया था। वेंकैया ने कहा कि कल जो राज्यसभा में हुआ, उसे अच्छा नहीं कहा जा सकता। कुछ सांसदों ने वेल में आकर नारेबाजी की। उपसभापति को धमकाया गया। उनके काम में अड़ंगा डाला गया। यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। मेरा सुझाव है कि जिन सांसदों पर कार्रवाई हुई, उन्हें अपने अंदर झांककर देखना चाहिए।

ममता ने जताया विरोध
पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने ट्वीट किया, ‘‘8 सांसदों को निलंबित किया जाना दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। ये सरकार के तानाशाही रवैये को दिखाता है। इससे यह भी पता चलता है कि सरकार का लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों में विश्वास नहीं है। हम फासिस्ट सरकार के खिलाफ संसद और सड़क पर लड़ते रहेंगे।’’
