हाथरस। हाथरस में हुई दलित किशोरी हत्या मामले में अब सीबीआई की एंट्री हो गई है। हाथरस केस को अब सीबीआई ने टेकओवर कर लिया। जहाँ सीबीआई ने रविवार को मुख्य आरोपी संदीप के खिलाफ धारा 307, 376 डी, 302, एससी/एसटी ऐक्ट की धाराओं केस दर्ज कर लिया है। इस पूरे प्रकरण की जांच लखनऊ यूनिट की गाजियाबाद की टीम करेगी। वहीँ सीबीआई ने पुलिस से सभी दस्तावेज मांगे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के निर्देश पर अपर मुख्य सचिव गृह अवनीश अवस्थी और डीजीपी हितेश चंद्र अवस्थी ने हाथरस में पहुंचकर पीड़ित परिवार से मुलाकात की थी। इसके बाद सीबीआई जांच की सिफारिश की गई थी। जिस पर अब सीबीआई ने शिकंजा कसने की पूरी तैयारी कर ली है।
हाथरस मामले की कल इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ खंडपीठ में इस केस की सुनवाई होनी है। हाईकोर्ट ने खुद नोटिस लेकर केस में यूपी के शीर्ष अफसरों समेत हाथरस के डीएम और एसपी को तलब किया है। इसके साथ ही पीड़ित परिवार को भी बुलाया गया है। पांच सदस्यों को लखनऊ जाना है। जहाँ पीड़ित परिवार ने रात में लखनऊ जाने से इनकार कर दिया। पीड़ित के भाई ने कहा कि रात में हमारे साथ कुछ भी हो सकता है। हमें प्रशासन पर भरोसा नहीं है। अब परिवार कल सुबह लखनऊ रवाना हो सकता है।
