आखिर कहां गया 1 लाख इनामी हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे? तलाश रही पुलिस

यूपी। कानपुर में हुई शूटआउट की घटना में 8 पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या के 3 दिन बाद भी आरोपी हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे फरार है। पुलिस ने उसकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए इनाम राशि को बढ़ाकर 1 लाख रुपये कर दिया है। हालांकि अभी तक उसका कुछ भी पता नहीं चल सका है। विकास दुबे की गिरफ्तारी के लिए धड़पकड़ तेज है। पुलिस राह चलते लोगों को विकास दुबे के पोस्टर दिखाकर पता लगा रही है। बता दें कि एसटीएफ की 20 टीमें और तीन हजार से ज्यादा पुलिसकर्मी लगाए गए हैं। नेपाल भागने की आशंका को देखते हुए बॉर्डर से सटे सातों जिलों में विशेष अलर्ट किया गया है।

लोगों को विकास दुबे की तस्वीर दिखाकर पूछताछ
 हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे पर 1 लाख रुपये के इनाम की घोषणा करने के बाद भी अब तक उसका कुछ पता नहीं चल सका है। विकास और उसके गुर्गों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस ने धड़पकड़ तेज कर दी है। कानपुर में पुलिस राह चलते लोगों को विकास दुबे की तस्वीर दिखाकर पूछताछ कर रही है।

500 करीबियों के फोन सर्विलांस पर
 विकास के परिवार के लोगों सहित करीब 500 करीबियों के मोबाइल फोन पुलिस ने सर्विलांस पर ले रखे हैं। उसके करीबी पुलिसकर्मियों की भी निगरानी की जा रही है। यूपी के सभी 75 जिलों में विकास दुबे और उसके साथियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया है।

टोल प्लाजा पर भी लगे विकास दुबे के पोस्टर
 पुलिस ने जगह-जगह पोस्टर लगाए हैं। उन्नाव टोल प्लाजा में भी हिस्ट्रीशीटर विकास दुबे के पोस्टर लगाए गए। इसमें विकास दुबे की तस्वीर के नीचे इनामी बदमाश लिखा है। साथ ही एसएचओ चकेरी का संपर्क भी लिखा हुआ है। विकास दुबे के ऊपर एक लाख रुपये का इनाम रखा गया है। इससे पहले इनाम राशि 50 हजार रुपये थी।

औरैया में मिली लावारिस कार
 औरैया में एक लावारिस डार्क ग्रे कलर की फोर्ड कार बरामद हुई। इस कार का रजिस्ट्रेशन अमित दुबे के नाम पर है। लावारिस कार के इस इलाके में मिलने के बाद हड़कंप मच गया। इसे कानपुर के विकास दुबे मामले से जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है। कहा जा रहा है कि विकास दुबे कानपुर से इसी कार में भागा था।

विकास दुबे के गुर्गों पर 25 हजार रुपये इनाम
 पुलिस ने चौबेपुर वाली वारदात में शामिल 18 गुर्गों पर भी 25-25 हजार रुपए का इनाम रखा है। इनमें से एक साथी को पुलिस ने रविवार को मुठभेड़ के दौरान पकड़ लिया है। इधर, यूपी पुलिस के अधिकारियों ने केंद्रीय खुफिया सुरक्षा एजेंसी से सूचना उपलब्ध कराने के लिए मदद मांगी है।

चंबल, नेपाल आखिर कहां गया विकास?
 इस बीच विकास दुबे की तलाश में यूपी एसटीएफ की 25 टीम और दिल्ली से इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो भी जुट गई है। हालांकि अब तक पता नहीं चल पाया है कि वह आखिर कहां छिपा है? यूपी के औरैया में एक लावारिस कार मिली है। ऐसे में चर्चा है कि शायद वह इसी कार से वह यूपी से बाहर भाग गया। संभवत: वह ओरैया से होते हुए मध्य प्रदेश में चंबल के रास्तों से ग्वालियर, भिंड और मुरैना होते हुए राजस्थान निकल गया होगा। नेपाल भागने की भी अंदेशा जताया जा रहा है। ऐसे में नेपाल बॉर्डर पर पुलिस चौकन्नी हो गई है। हालांकि ये सारी चीजें अभी अटकलें हैं और पुलिस ने कोई आधिकारिक बयान नहीं दिया है। पुलिस ने बताया कि उसकी लोकेशन औरैया तक मिली है। इस मामले में विकास के परिजनों से भी पूछताछ की गई, पर कोई खास जानकारी पुलिस को नहीं मिली।
