कानपुर। कानपुर में हुए शूटआउट कांड में मोस्ट वांटेड क्रिमिनल विकास दुबे को पुलिस ने एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया है। आपको बता दें कि विकास दुबे के ऊपर 8 पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या का आरोप था। कल ही उसे उज्जैन के महाकाल मंदिर से करीब 150 घंटे के बाद गिरफ्तार किया गया था। यूपी एसटीएफ उसे लेकर उज्जैन से कानपुर आ रही थी, इस दौरान विकास दुबे ने पुलिस से पिस्टल छीनकर भागने की कोशिश की और पुलिस पर फायरिंग की। क्रॉस फायरिंग में उसे 4 गोलियां लगी और वह मारा गया। तीनों घायल पुलिसकर्मियों की हालत स्थिर है। विकास दुबे के सीने पर 3 और हाथ में एक गोली लगी थी

यूपी एडीजी लॉ ऐंड ऑर्डर प्रशांत कुमार- लेकिन अब यह कैसे सामने आएगा कि कौन उसे (विकास दुबे) सपॉर्ट कर रहा था? उससे पूछताछ करके यह खुलासा नहीं किया जा सका:कार पलटने के बाद विकास दुबे ने पुलिस के हथियार छीनने की कोशिश की और भागने का प्रयास किया जिसके बाद पुलिस ने जवाबी फायर किया जिसमें वह घायल हो गया। अस्पताल ले जाने के बाद उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। हम जल्द ही आधिकारिक बयान जारी करेंगे।

मध्य प्रदेश के गृह मंत्री नरोत्तम मिश्रा ने कहा- कानून ने अपना काम किया है। यह उन लोगों के लिए खेद और निराशा का विषय हो सकता है जिन्होंने कल विकास दुबे की गिरफ्तारी और आज मौत पर सवाल उठाए। MP पुलिस ने अपना काम किया, उसे गिरफ्तार किया और यूपी पुलिस को सौंप दिया कांग्रेस ओछी मानसिकता से बाहर आए। कल विकास दुबे को पकड़ने पर सवाल उठा रहे थे कि जिंदा क्यों पकड़ लिया, उसे बचाना चाहते थे। आज जब वह मारा गया तो कह रहे हैं कि कैसे मारा गया।

कांग्रेस नेता प्रियंका गांधी ने भी विकास दुबे एनकाउंटर पर सवाल उठाए। प्रियंका ने कहा- ‘अपराधी का अंत हो गया, अपराध और उसको सरंक्षण देने वाले लोगों का क्या?’

यूपी के पूर्व सीएम अखिलेश यादव ने योगी सरकार पर सवाल उठाए। अखिलेश ने कहा- ‘दरअसल ये कार नहीं पलटी है, राज खुलने से सरकार पलटने से बचाई गयी है।’

पुलिस वैन पलटी, पिस्तौल छीन भागा विकास दूबे और फिर खेल खत्मउत्‍तर प्रदेश पुलिस के आठ जवानों की बर्बर हत्‍या का मुख्‍य आरोपी विकास दुबे फिल्‍मी अंदाज में मारा गया। यूपी एसटीएफ की गाड़ी विकास को लेकर कानपुर आ रही थी। स्‍पीड तेज थी। पुलिस के मुताबिक, बर्रा के पास अचानक रास्‍ते में गाड़ी पलट गई। इस हादसे में विकास दुबे और एक सिपाही को भी चोटें आईं। इसके बावजूद विकास की नजरें पुलिस के चंगुल से बचकर भागने पर थी। उसने मौका पाकर एसटीएफ के एक अधिकारी की पिस्टल छीनकर भागने की कोशिश की। इसी के बाद मुठभेड़ शुरू हो गई। एसटीएफ ने विकास से हथियार रखकर सरेंडर करने को कहा। वह इसके बावजूद नहीं माना तो पुलिस को मजबूरन एनकाउंटर करना पड़ा। एनकाउंटर में गोली लगने के बाद हिस्ट्री शीटर विकास दुबे की मौत हो गई।

कानपुर पुलिस के एक अधिकारी के मुताबिक, गाड़ी पलटने के बाद विकास दुबे ने घायल सिपाही की पिस्टल छीनकर भागने की कोशिश की। जब पुलिस ने आत्मसमर्पण के लिए कहा तो पुलिस पर फायरिंग की जिसमें कुछ सिपाही घायल हो गए। इसके बाद पुलिस की जवाबी फायरिंग में विकास दुबे को गोली लगी।

भागते वक्त विकास दुबे ने पुलिस के ऊपर फायरिंग की जिसके जवाब में पुलिस ने भी फायरिंग की। इस दौरान पुलिस की गोली लगने से हिस्ट्री शीटर विकास दुबे घायल हुआ और थोड़ी देर बाद उसके मौत की भी खबर आ गई।

हिस्ट्री शीटर विकास दुबे को मध्य प्रदेश के उज्जैन से कानपुर लेकर आ रही एसटीएफ के काफिले की एक गाड़ी पलट गई थी। इस दौरान विकास दुबे ने एसटीएफ के एक अधिकारी की पिस्टल छीनकर भागने की कोशिश की थी
