पटना। न्यायिक परिसर और अधिकारिओं को भगवान का दर्जा दिया जाता है, लेकिन जब वही लोग अधर्म में लिप्त हो जायं, तो न्याय के इन मंदिरों और अधिकारिओं पर कौन विश्वास करेगा? ठीक ऐसे ही नेपाल के एक होटल में कुछ साल पहले महिलाओं के साथ आपत्तिजनक स्थिति में पकड़े गए बिहार के तीन न्यायिक अधिकारियों को सेवा से बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है। बिहार राज्य के सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा सोमवार को जारी एक अधिसूचना के अनुसार बर्खास्त किए गए न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारियों में हरि निवास गुप्ता, जितेंद्र नाथ सिंह और कोमल राम शामिल हैं।
अधिसूचना में पटना हाई कोर्ट द्वारा जारी एक पत्र का उद्धरण है। इसमें कहा गया है कि उनकी बर्खास्तगी 12 फरवरी 2014 से प्रभावी मानी जाएगी और वे सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद के सभी लाभों से वंचित होंगे। गुप्ता उस समय समस्तीपुर में परिवार अदालत के प्रधान न्यायाधीश थे जबकि सिंह और राम उस समय अररिया जिले में क्रमशः अतिरिक्त जिला न्यायाधीश और अतिरिक्त न्यायाधीश सह मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी थे।
नेपाल पुलिस ने विराटनगर में एक होटल में तीनों को छापेमारी के दौरान के पकड़ा था। बाद में उन्हें रिहा कर दिया गया था लेकिन मामला तब सामने आया जब एक नेपाली अखबार में इसको लेकर एक खबर छपी। बाद में पटना हाई कोर्ट द्वारा उनके खिलाफ जांच शुरू की गई जिसमें वे दोषी पाए गए और उनकी सेवा से बर्खास्तगी की सिफारिश की गई। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में उनकी अपील पिछले साल ठुकरा दी गई थी। देर से ही सही, लेकिन ऐसे अधर्म करने वालों को सजा तो मिली।
