लखनऊ। एमएलसी के चुनाव में पहली बार भाजपा ने चार सीटों पर कब्ज़ा जमाते हुए अपनी धमक का एहसास करा दिया है। उत्तर प्रदेश के विधान परिषद चुनाव में बीजेपी उस मजबूत दुर्ग को ध्वस्त करने में कामयाब रही है, जहां अभी तक सिर्फ शिक्षक संघ का ही कब्जा रहा है। यूपी के 6 शिक्षक और 5 स्नातक एमएलसी सीट पर हुए चुनाव में बीजेपी की रणनीति सफल रही है। ये भाजपा के लिए बड़ी कामयाबी मणि जा रही है। शिक्षक कोटे की सीट पर बीजेपी ने सिर्फ अपने मुख्य विपक्षी दल सपा और कांग्रेस को ही मात नहीं दी बल्कि शिक्षक संघ के सबसे बड़े मठाधीश और 48 साल से जीतते आ रहे ओमप्रकाश शर्मा गुट के सियासी वर्चस्व को भी पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त कर दिया है।

यूपी के 11 विधान परिषद सीटों पर 199 उम्मीदवार चुनावी मैदान में उतरे थे। शिक्षक कोटे की छह एमएलसी सीटों में से चार पर बीजेपी ने उम्मीदवार उतारे थे जबकि सपा और शर्मा गुट ने सभी पर अपने प्रत्याशी को उतारा था। शिक्षक और स्नातक की सीटों पर अभी तक शर्मा गुट का एकछत्र राज कायम था, लेकिन बीजेपी की सधी रणनीति और संगठनात्मक सक्रियता के चलते सपा का समीकरण और शिक्षक राजनीति के सूरमा ढेर हो गए हैं। मेरठ-सहारनपुर शिक्षक सीट पर पिछले 48 साल से लगातार जीतते आ रहे ओमप्रकाश शर्मा को इस बार करारी मात मिली है। ओमप्रकाश शर्मा को बीजेपी प्रत्याशी श्रीचंद शर्मा ने मात देकर अपना कब्जा जमा लिया है। ओमप्रकाश शर्मा की करारी हार से माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ की राजनीति में एक युग का अंत हो गया। लखनऊ शिक्षक सीट से बीजेपी प्रत्याशी उमेश द्विवेदी ने जीत दर्ज की है। उमेश द्विवेदी ने चंदेल गुट के निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी डॉ. महेंद्र नाथ राय को मात दी जबकि सपा प्रत्याशी उमाशंकर सिंह तीसरे नंबर पर रहे। उमेश द्विवेदी दूसरी बार विधान परिषद पहुंचे हैं, इससे पहले उन्होंने बतौर निर्दलीय जीत दर्ज की थी।

बरेली-मुरादाबाद शिक्षक कोटे की सीट पर बीजेपी के हरीसिंह ढिल्लों और सपा प्रत्याशी संजय मिश्रा के बीच मुकाबला रहा। देर रात आए नतीजे में बीजेपी ने सपा को मात देकर यह सीट छीन ली है। बीजेपी प्रत्याशी हरिसिंह ढिल्लों जीत दर्ज कर विधान परिषद पहुंच गए हैं। वहीं, वाराणसी शिक्षक सीट पर सपा के लाल बिहारी यादव ने जीत दर्ज की है। वाराणसी सीट पर चेतनारायण सिंह का हारना बीजेपी के लिए जरूर झटका है, क्योंकि यहां बीजेपी ने अपना उम्मीदवार न उतारकर चेतनारायण सिंह को ही समर्थन दिया था।

आगरा शिक्षक सीट पर निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी डॉ. आकाश अग्रवाल और बीजेपी प्रत्याशी डॉ. दिनेश कुमार वशिष्ठ के बीच कांटे की टक्कर रही। यहां शर्मा गुट के जगवीर किशोर जैन चुनाव हार गए हैं। इस सीट पर आकाश अग्रवाल ने जीत दर्ज की है। आगरा और वाराणसी की दो सीटों पर भाजपा का गणित विफल रहा। वहीं चार सीटों पर विजय हासिल करने में उसने सफलता हासिल की।
