एनडीए के विजय सिन्हा बने बिहार विधानसभा के स्पीकर

पटना। बिहार विधानसभा स्पीकर का चुनाव बड़े हंगामे और आरोप-प्रत्यरोप के बीच संपन्न हुआ। जिसमें एनडीए की जीत हुई है। सदन में हंगामे के बीच बुधवार को स्पीकर पद का चुनाव हुआ और एनडीए के उम्मीदवार विजय सिन्हा नए विधानसभा अध्यक्ष चुने गए। इस दौरान महागठबंधन के विधायकों की ओ से चुनावी प्रक्रिया पर सवाल खड़े किए गए और गुप्त मतदान की अपील की गई। हालांकि, उनकी अपील को ठुकरा दिया गया।

चुनाव में एनडीए के उम्मीदवार को 126 और महागठबंधन को 114 वोट मिले हैं। नतीजों के बाद मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार, विपक्ष के नेता तेजस्वी यादव ने स्पीकर को उनकी कुर्सी तक पहुंचाया और बधाई दी। बिहार में ऐसा पांच दशक के बाद हुआ है, जब स्पीकर पद के लिए चुनाव हुआ हो. चुनाव के दौरान सदन में हंगामा हुआ हो। तेजस्वी यादव ने सदन में आरोप लगाया कि आज पूरा देश देख रहा है कि खुलेआम चोरी हो रही है, अगर ऐसे सदन चलेगा तो हमें बाहर ही कर दीजिए। तेजस्वी की मांग है कि जो विधानसभा के सदस्य नहीं हैं, उन्हें मतदान के वक्त मौजूद नहीं रहना चाहिए। राजद का कहना है कि नीतीश सदन का हिस्सा नहीं हैं।

सदन में मतदान के दौरान एनडीए के विधायकों ने जय श्री राम के नारे लगाए। इस दौरान नीतीश कुमार भी सदन में मौजूद थे। दरअसल, महागठबंधन के विधायकों की ओर से वोटिंग की प्रक्रिया पर सवाल खड़े किए जा रहे हैं। राजद की अपील है कि वोटिंग को गुप्त रखा जाए, इसको लेकर हंगामा किया जा रहा है। सदन में प्रदर्शन के दौरान विधायकों से अलग कार्यकर्ता भी विधानसभा में मौजूद हैं। बता दें कि सदन में चुनाव से ठीक पहले ही पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री सुशील मोदी ने आरोप लगाया था कि लालू यादव ने बीजेपी विधायक को फोन कर उनका साथ देने को कहा गया। जिसका ऑडिओ सोशल मीडिया पर वाइरल हो रहा है।
