नई दिल्ली। किसानों का आंदोलन जहाँ 21वें दिन भी जारी है वहीं कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ किसानों के प्रदर्शन को लेकर दायर याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुधवार को सुनवाई की। कोर्ट ने सरकार और किसानों के प्रतिनिधियों की एक कमेटी बनाने को कहा है, ताकि दोनों आपस में मुद्दे पर चर्चा कर सकें। कोर्ट ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय मुद्दा सहमति से सुलझना जरूरी है। अब इस मामले पर कल को सुनवाई होगी।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले पर केंद्र, पंजाब और हरियाणा सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया है। चीफ जस्टिस एसए बोबडे, जस्टिस ए एस बोपन्ना और जस्टिस वी रामसुब्रमण्यम की बेंच ने कहा कि हम इस मामले में एक कमिटी के गठन करेंगे, जो इस मसले को सुलझाएगी। इसमें किसान संगठन, केंद्र सरकार और अन्य लोग होंगे। कोर्ट ने कहा, ‘ऐसा लग रहा है कि सरकार और किसानों के बीच बातचीत से हल फिलहाल नही निकलता दिख रहा है।’
आपको बतादें किसानों के आंदोलन को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 3 याचिकाएं दायर की गई हैं। कानून के छात्र ऋषभ शर्मा द्वारा दायर याचिका में दिल्ली के सीमाओं से किसानों को हटाने की मांग की गई है और कहा गया है कि इससे सड़कें ब्लॉक हो रही हैं। इमरजेंसी और मेडिकल सर्विस बाधित हो रही है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि प्रदर्शनकारियों को सरकार द्वारा आवंटित तय स्थान पर स्थानांतरित किया जाना चाहिए। एक अन्य याचिका में कहा गया है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट केंद्र सरकार को किसानों की मांग पर विचार करने का निर्देश दे। इन तीनों याचिकाओं पर गौर करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जहाँ तीन सरकारों को नोटिस जारी किया है वहीं इस मामले पर कल सुनवाई का समय दिया है।
