लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा है कि कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को छुपाने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करें। ऐसे लोग आइसोलेट न किए गए तो कोरोना कैरियर साबित होंगे। सीएम ने कहा कि ऐसे लोगों को आश्रय देने वालों और उनकी तलाशी न लेने वाले थानेदारों के खिलाफ भी कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
सीएम योगी ने लोकभवन में टीम-11 की बैठक में ये निर्देश जारी किये। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस, स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छताकर्मियों पर हमला करने वाले किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शे नहीं जाएंगे। उपद्रवियों से ही नुकसान की वसूली हो और न देने पर उनकी संपत्ति जब्त की जाए। हेल्थ टीम के साथ पुलिस भी जरूर भेजी जाए।
20 अप्रैल से शुरू होने वाले काम के लिए जारी करें निर्देश
सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि 20 अप्रैल से केंद्र के निर्देश पर कुछ गतिविधियों की अनुमति दी जा रही है। इन कार्यों के दौरान जरूरी सावधानी बरतें। हर यूनिट में मानकों का पालन हो। थर्मल स्कैनर और सेनेटाइजर की व्यवस्था हो। केंद्र के नियमों का ठीक से अध्ययन कर अनुमन्य गतिविधियों पर स्पष्ट शासनादेश जारी किया जाए। इसमें सभी सावधानियों का साफ तौर पर उल्लेख हो।
अनुमति के बाद ही इमरजेंसी सेवाएं
सीएम ने कहा कि अस्पतालों में इमरजेंसी सेवाएं सक्षम स्तर से अनुमति के बाद ही शुरू की जाय। सभी अस्पतालों में एन-95 मास्क, पीपीई सहित संक्रमण से सुरक्षा के उपकरण उपलब्ध रहें। इनके बिना इमरजेंसी सेवाएं शुरू न की जाएं। जिला प्रशासन यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि संसाधन और प्रशिक्षण के बाद ही सेवाएं शुरू हों। टेलीमेडिसिन के जरिए भी डॉक्टरी सलाह उपलब्ध करवाई जाए।
फोन ना उठाने की शिकायतों पर नाराजगी की जाहिर
सीएम योगी ने दूसरे राज्यों के लिए बनाए गए नोडल अफसरों के फोन न उठाने की शिकायतों पर नाराजगी जाहिर की है। उन्होंने मुख्य सचिव से इसकी नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करने के निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि नोडल अफसर फोन जरूर उठाएं और हर शिकायत का समुचित समाधान करवाएं। अन्य कॉल सेंटर पर भी आने वाली शिकायतों के समाधान में तत्परता बरती जाए।
