चंद घंटों के शिक्षा मंत्री मेवालाल चौधरी ने पद से दिया इस्तीफा

पटना। बिहार की राजनीति भी बड़ी दिलचस्प है। बिहार के शिक्षा मंत्री मेवालाल चौधरी ने पद से इस्तीफे दे दिया है। उन्होंने आज ही अपना कार्यभार संभाला था। मेवालाल पर कृषि विश्वविद्यालय में वीसी रहते हुए नियुक्ति में घोटाले का आरोप है। पूर्व आईपीएस अमिताभ दास का तो आरोप है कि मेवालाल की पत्नी पूर्व विधायक नीता चौधरी की पिछले साल हुई संदिग्ध मौत के तार नियुक्ति घोटाले से जुड़े हो सकते हैं । इस मामले की जांच के लिए अमिताभ दास ने डीजीपी को चिट्ठी लिखी है।

मेवालाल भागलपुर के जिस कृषि विश्वविद्यालय में कुलपति थे वहां 2012 में कृषि वैज्ञानिक, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की भर्ती होनी थी, 2012 में 281 पदों के लिए विज्ञापन निकला, परीक्षा के बाद 166 लोगों की नियुक्ति हुई थी। इसके बाद घोटाले के आरोप लगे और खुलासा हुआ कि जिसे कम नंबर मिले उसे पास कर दिया गया और जिसे ज्यादा नंबर मिले उसे फेल कर दिया गया।

मेवालाल के इस्तीफे के बाद विपक्ष एक बार फिर नीतीश सरकार पर हमलावर हो गया है। आरजेडी नेता नवल किशोर सिंह का कहना है कि नीतीश कुमार रबर स्टांप मुख्यमंत्री बन गए हैं। तीसरे नंबर की पार्टी होने पर भी उन्हें मुख्यमंत्री बनाया गया है। बीजेपी भ्रष्टाचारियों के साथ देती है। मेवालाल के इस्तीफे के बाद बिहार सरकार में सुगबुहाहट शुरू हो चुकी है कि अब शिक्षा मंत्री का ताज किसके सर सजेगा।
