आरावली। गुजरात के अरावली जिले के मोदसा कस्‍बे में एक दलित छात्रा की मौत के मामले में बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। छात्रा के शव के दूसरे पोस्‍टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट में पता चला है कि उसके साथ हैवानियत की सारी हदें पार कर दी गई थीं। 5 डॉक्‍टरों के पैनल ने यह र‍िपोर्ट दी है कि छात्रा को घसीटा गया, अननैचरल सेक्स करने के बाद उसे फांसी पर लटका दिया गया। उधर, इस मामले की जांच कर रहे सीआईडी क्राइम के अधिकारियों ने भी कहा कि पीड़‍िता के शरीर पर खरोंच के निशान से संकेत मिलता है कि लड़की को पहले घसीटा गया, फिर रेप करने के बाद हत्‍या कर दी गई।

हुआ खुलासा पोस्‍टमॉर्टम में
मलाशय की पोस्‍टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट में खुलासा हुआ है कि छात्रा के साथ बेहद क्रूर तरीके से बलात्कार किया गया था। दलित छात्रा को 5 जनवरी को उसके गांव में पेड़ से लटकता पाया गया था। पोस्‍टमॉर्टम र‍िपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि मलाशय का एक हिस्‍सा एनल कनाल से बाहर आ गया था। इसके अलावा लाल रंग का असामान्‍य खरोंच चेस्‍ट के बायें हिस्‍से में ऊपरी भाग में पाया गया। यही नहीं छात्रा के बायें कंधे में भी खरोंच के निशान हैं और बायें अंगूठे में चोट पाई गई।

करी छात्रा की बुरी हालत
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक गले पर चोट के न‍िशान से यह पता चलता है कि उसे जबरन फांसी पर लटकाया गया। छात्रा को मारने से पहले हत्‍यारों ने उसे घसीटा था और बाद में उसे फांसी पर लटका दिया। पोस्‍टमॉर्टम की इस दूसरी र‍िपोर्ट ने पहली र‍िपोर्ट पर गंभीर सवाल उठा दिया है जिसमें कहा गया था कि बलात्‍कार या मर्डर के कोई लक्षण नहीं हैं।

19 वर्षीय छात्रा के साथ गैंगरेप
इससे पहले पुलिस ने बिमल भारवाड, उसके दोस्‍तों दर्शन भारवाड, सतीश भारवाड और जिगर के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया था। इनमें से तीन लोगों ने पुलिस के सामने आत्‍मसमर्पण कर दिया है जबकि एक आरोपी सतीश भारवाड अभी फरार चल रहा है। बता दें कि इस हत्‍याकांड के बाद लोगों का गुस्‍सा फूट पड़ा था। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने आरोप लगाया है कि 19 वर्षीय छात्रा के साथ गैंगरेप करके उसकी हत्‍या की गई है लेकिन पुलिस आरोपियों को अरेस्‍ट नहीं कर रही है।

सौंपा सीआईडी को केस
लड़की के परिवार वालों ने यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि पुलिस ने इस पूरे मामले में गंभीर लापरवाही बरती है। इस हत्‍याकांड को लेकर ट्विटर पर इंसाफ की मुहिम शुरू हो गई थी और हजारों की संख्‍या में लोगों ने ट्वीट कर दलित छात्रा को न्‍याय दिए जाने की मांग की थी। इसके बाद जांच को सीआईडी को सौंप दी गई थी। सीआईडी पुलिस अधिकारियों की लापरवाही की भी जांच कर रही है।

क्या है पूरा मामला
मोदसा कस्बे से 1 जनवरी को 19 साल की छात्रा लापता हो गई थी। 5 जनवरी को पेड़ से लटकता हुआ उसका शव मिला था। इसके बाद परिजनों ने हत्या और गैंगरेप का आरोप लगााया। गुजरात पुलिस के रवैये से नाराज लड़की के परिवार वालों ने शव लेने से इनकार कर दिया था। हत्‍या के 4 दिन बाद 9 जनवरी को शव का अंतिम संस्‍कार किया गया। इस पूरे मामले में लापरवाही बरतने वाले पुलिस अधिकारी को निलंबित कर दिया गया है।

कहा बॉलीवुड के कुछ कलाकार ने
हत्‍याकांड के बाद गांव के लोगों ने जोरदार विरोध प्रदर्शन किया था। यही नहीं ट्विटर पर हजारों की संख्‍या में लोगों ने ट्वीट कर न्‍याय देने की मांग की थी। इससे जुडे़ हैशटैग टॉप 10 में ट्रेंड कर गए थे। बॉलिवुड ऐक्टर रितेश देशमुख ने भी ट्वीट करते हुए छात्रा के परिजनों को इंसाफ की मांग की थी। देशमुख ने ट्वीट में लिखा, ’19 साल की एक लड़की को अगवा, गैंगरेप, और हत्या करने के बाद पेड़ पर लटका दिया जाता है। वह किसी भी धर्म या जाति की हो केवल इतना याद रखिए कि वह एक युवा लड़की थी, जिसकी जिंदगी में अभी उम्मीद और आकांक्षाएं थीं। दोषियों को सार्वजनिक रूप से लटका देना चाहिए।’
