श्रीनगर। आतंकवाद का सफाया करने कि दिशा में भारतीय सेना सघन अभियान चला रही है। इसी के तहत जम्मू-कश्मीर के श्रीनगर जिले के रामबाग में सोमवार को सुरक्षाबलों और आंतकवादियों के बीच मुठभेड़ हुई जिसमें 2 आतंकवादी देर हो गए। इसकी जानकारी पुलिस ने दी। सेना ने इलाके की घेराबंदी की और तलाशी अभियान शुरू किया तभी आतंकवादियों और सुरक्षाबलों के बीच मुठभेड़ तब शुरू हुई। जैसे ही सुरक्षा बल उस स्थान पर पहुंचे, जहां आतंकवादी छिपे हुए थे, आतंकवादियों ने अंधाधुंध गोलीबारी करनी शुरू कर दी, जिसके बाद भारतीय सेना आतंवादियों को करारा जवाब दिया।

पुलिस ने बताया कि मुठभेड़ में दो आतंकवादी मारे गए हैं, अन्य तलाशी जारी है। इससे पहले, इंस्पेक्टर जनरल विजय कुमार ने कहा कि लश्कर का शीर्ष आतंकवादी सैफ-उल-लाह उन दो आतंकवादियों में से था, जो फंस गए थे। उन्होंने कहा, वह पाकिस्तानी आतंकवादी है, लश्कर से जुड़े इस आतकंवादी का नाम सैफ-उल-लाह है, जिसने 24 सितंबर को चाडूरा में एक हमले को अंजाम दिया था, जिसमें एक सहायक उप निरीक्षक शहीद हो गए थे। अगस्त में एक आतंकी हमले में भी शामिल था, जहां सीआरपीएफ के दो जवान शहीद हो गए थे।
