आगरा। ताज नगरी में श्री क्षेत्र बजाजा कमेटी, हेल्प आगरा और सत्यमेव जयते तथा सूरत में सेवा फाउंडेशन से जुड़े प्रमुख समाज सेवी अशोक गोयल ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ से पत्र द्वारा आग्रह किया है कि वे थीम पार्क के लिए प्रस्तावित भूमि पर टैक्सटाइल पार्क बनाने की अनुमति प्रदान करें।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि विगत 17 जुलाई को योगी सरकार ने यूपी को उत्तर भारत का टैक्सटाइल हब बनाने की घोषणा करते हुए आगरा सहित सात मंडल मुख्यालयों में टैक्सटाइल पार्क बनाने का ऐलान किया था। इसके तहत हथकरघा व वस्त्र उद्योग विभाग ने इन क्षेत्रों में बनने वाले टैक्सटाइल पार्क में निवेश का प्रस्ताव निजी निवेशकों को दिया था। इसके तहत गोयल ने 20 अगस्त, 2020 को अपना प्रस्ताव विभाग को भेज दिया था, लेकिन अभी तक टैक्सटाइल पार्क की अनुमति का मार्ग प्रशस्त नहीं हो सका है।
अशोक गोयल ने बताया कि प्रमुख व्यापारिक संगठन नेशनल चेंबर भी उनके साथ इस मांग में जुड़ गया है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि टेक्सटाइल उद्योग में किसी भी प्रकार का प्रदूषण नहीं है। यह व्हाइट कैटेगरी के अंतर्गत आता है इसलिए इसकी अनुमति शीघ्र दी जानी चाहिए।
गोयल ने कहा कि आगरा में टैक्सटाइल पार्क बनने से गारमेंट उद्योग को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और यहां से दूसरे देशों को निर्यात बढ़ेगा। साथ ही लाखों लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष व अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार मिलेगा।
