लखनऊ। यूपी में अब डॉक्टर्स की मनमानी नहीं चलेगी। उत्तर प्रदेश के डॉक्टरों को लेकर योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। इसके तहत पीजी करने के बाद डॉक्टरों को कम से कम 10 साल तक सरकारी अस्पताल में सेवाएं देनी होंगी। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव ने इस संबंध में जानकारी दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि अगर कोई बीच में नौकरी छोड़ना चाहता है तो उसे एक करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि जुर्माने के तौर पर यूपी सरकार को भुगतान करना होगा।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि अगर कोई डॉक्टर पीजी कोर्स बीच में ही छोड़ देता है तो उसे तीन साल के लिए डिबार कर दिया जाएगा। इन तीन सालों में वह दोबारा दाखिला नहीं ले सकेंगे।

सीनियर रेजिडेंसी में रुकने पर भी रोक
योगी सरकार के फैसले में यह भी कहा गया है कि पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद चिकित्साधिकारी को तुरंत नौकरी जॉइन करनी होगी। इसके अलावा पीजी के बाद सरकारी डॉक्टरों को सीनियर रेजिडेंसी में रुकने पर भी रोक लगा दी गई है। नए नियम में कहा गया है कि विभाग की ओर से इस संबंध में अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (एनओसी) नहीं जारी किया जाएगा।

सरकारी अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए सरकार ने नीट में छूट की भी व्यवस्था की है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के सरकारी अस्पताल में एक साल नौकरी करने के बाद एमबीबीएस डॉक्टरो को नीट प्रवेश परीक्षा में 10 अंकों की छूट दी जाती है। वहीं, दो साल सेवा देने वाले डॉक्टरों को 20 और तीन साल पर 30 अंको की छूट मिलती है।

बताया गया कि ये डॉक्टर पीजी के साथ ही डिप्लोमा कोर्सेज में भी दाखिला ले सकते हैं। गौरतलब है कि हर साल सरकारी अस्पतालों में तैनात कई एमबीबीएस डॉक्टर्स पीजी में दाखिला लेने के लिए नीट की परीक्षा देते हैं। योगी सरकार ने लिए इस कड़े फैसले से कहीं हद तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में सुधार की आशा की जा सकती है, लेकिन क्या डॉक्टर्स और उनसे जुड़े संगठन आईएमए को सरकार का ये फरमान रास आएगा, ये बात देखनी होगी।
