दूध को पूरे शरीर पर मलने से त्वचा मुलायम होती है और निखार आता है। 2 चम्मच दूध की मलाई में एक चम्मच शहद मिलाकर अपनी त्वचा पर लगाए। इससे त्वचा की खुश्की कम होती है। दूध और गुलाब जल मिलाकर पूरे शरीर पर मालिश करने से त्वचा का रंग धीरे-धीरे निखरना शुरू हो जाता है।
चेहरे की झुर्रियां दूर करने में भी दूध बहुत लाभदायक है। 2 चम्मच शहद में 3-4 चम्मच दूध की मलाई मिला लें व इसे चेहरे पर अप्लाई करें। इसके इस्तेमाल से चेहरे की झुर्रियां कम होने लगेंगी।
