कोलकाता। पश्चिम बंगाल में आये अम्फान चक्रवात ने 80 लोगों की जान ले ली। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने शुक्रवार को राज्य के प्रभावित इलाकों का हवाई दौरा किया। प्रधानमंत्री ने इसी के साथ एक हजार करोड़ रुपये के राहत पैकेज का ऐलान किया है। हालांकि प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे और राहत पैकेज के साथ अब इस पर राजनीति भी शुरू हो गई है। मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने राहत पैकेज को अपर्याप्त बताते हुए कहा कि नुकसान एक लाख करोड़ का हुआ और पैकेज सिर्फ एक हजार करोड़ का दिया जा रहा है।

प्रधानमंत्री को विदा करने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने कहा, ‘प्रधानमंत्री ने 1000 करोड़ रुपये के आपात फंड को जारी करने की घोषणा की है मगर यह नहीं स्पष्ट किया कि यह अडवांस होगा या राहत पैकेज होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वह इस पर बाद में फैसला करेंगे। हम अभी नुकसान का आंकलन कर रहे हैं मगर अनुमान है कि चक्रवात में हमें 1 लाख करोड़ का नुकसान हुआ है।’

53 हजार करोड़ रुपये तो हमारा ही केंद्र पर बकाया
ममता ने कहा, ‘मैंने प्रधानमंत्री को याद दिलाया कि सब्सिडी, सोशल स्कीम आदि के 53 हजार करोड़ रुपये तो सिर्फ पश्चिम बंगाल के ही केंद्र के ऊपर बकाया है। अगर वे हमें कुछ रुपये दे देते हैं तो हम काम शुरू कर सकते हैं।’

इससे पहले हवाई सर्वेक्षण के बाद पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा, ‘अम्फान चक्रवात से निपटने के लिए राज्य सरकार और केंद्र सरकार ने मिलकर भरसक प्रयास किया, लेकिन उसके बावजूद करीब 80 लोगों का जीवन नहीं बचा पाएं। इसका हम सभी को दुख है और जिन परिवारों ने अपनों को खोया है उनके प्रति केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की संवेदनाएं हैं।’

प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष से मृतकों को 2-2 लाख रुपये
पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा, ‘लोगों को हर संभव मदद देने के लिए केंद्र और राज्य मिलकर काम कर रहे हैं। अभी राज्य सरकार को कठिनाई न हो इसके लिए तत्काल 1000 करोड़ रुपये की व्यवस्था भारत सरकार की तरफ से की जाएगी। इसके अलावा प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष से मृतकों के परिजन को 2 लाख और घायलों को 50 हजार रुपये की सहायता दी जाएगी।’
