न्यायालय द्वारा 2008 जयपुर बम ब्लास्ट केस में 4 आरोपी दोषी करार, 1 बरी

जयपुर। साल 2008 में जयपुर में हुए सीरियल बम ब्लास्ट केस में कोर्ट ने चार आरोपियों को दोषी करार दिया है जबकि एक को बरी कर दिया है। 13 मई, 2008 को शहर के अंदर अलग-अलग जगहों पर 8 सिलसिलेवार धमाके हुए थे, जिनमें 80 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 176 घायल हो गए थे। जयपुर ब्लास्ट के दो अन्य आरोपियों को नई दिल्ली के बटला हाउस में 2008 में हुए एनकाउंटर में पुलिस ने मार दिया था।

अजय कुमार शर्मा के कोर्ट ने आरोपियों मोहम्मद सैफ, मोहम्मद सरवर आजम, सैफुर्रहमान और मोहम्मद सलमान को दोषी करार दिया है जबकि शाहबाज हुसैन को बरी कर दिया गया है। बता दें कि पिछले एक साल में केस की सुनवाई तेज कर 1,296 गवाहों के बयान दर्ज किए गए और अभियोजन और बचाव पक्ष ने सवाल-जवाब भी किए।
मामले में जयपुर पुलिस ने पांच आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया था जबकि तीन आरोपी दिल्ली के तिहाड़ जेल में बंद हैं और उनके खिलाफ एटीएस जांच नहीं कर सकी है। ये तीनों देश के दूसरे हिस्सों में ब्लास्ट के आरोपी भी हैं।
