मथुरा। मथुरा में श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि को लेकर कोर्ट में दायर याचिका पर लगातार सुनवाई की पहल की जा रही है। इसी कड़ी में आज होने वाली सुनवाई की तारीख को आगे बढ़ा दिया गया है। मथुरा में श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान की याचिका पर सुनवाई 7 जनवरी तक के लिए टाल दी गई है। गुरुवार को मामले में सुनवाई होनी थी लेकिन जिला जज का अवकाश होने के कारण इस पर सुनवाई नहीं की जा सकी। कोर्ट ने सुनवाई की नई तारीख 7 जनवरी निर्धारित किया है। गौरतलब है कि श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान और लखनऊ की रहने वाली अधिवक्ता रंजना अभिनेत्री समेत 8 लोगों ने जिला जज साधना रानी ठाकुर की अदालत में वाद दायर किया था। इसमें श्रीकृष्ण जन्मस्थान को 13.37 एकड़ जमीन सौंपने के साथ ही वहां से शाही मस्जिद ईदगाह हटाने की मांग की गई थी।

दायर वाद में कहा गया था कि यह जमीन श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट की है लेकिन साल 1968 में इसका समझौता श्रीकृष्ण जन्मस्थान सेवा संघ और शाही मस्जिद ईदगाह कमिटी के बीच हुआ था, जो अवैध है। इस मामले में अदालत ने बीते 16 अक्टूबर को श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट, श्रीकृष्ण जन्मस्थान सेवा संस्थान, शाही मस्जिद ईदगाह कमिटी और उत्तर प्रदेश सुन्नी सेंट्रल बोर्ड को नोटिस जारी कर 18 नवंबर को जवाब मांगा था। 25 सितम्बर को सिविल जज सीनियर डिवीजन की अदालत में वाद दायर किया गया था।

सुनवाई के बाद 30 सितम्बर को वाद खारिज हो गया। श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान मामले में 12 अक्टूबर को जिला जज की अदालत में अपील दायर की गई। 16 अक्टूबर को जिला जज की अदालत ने चारों प्रतिवादियों को नोटिस जारी किया था। उन्होने यह भी फैसला सुनाया था कि श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान मामले को लेकर 10 दिसंबर 2020 को कोर्ट में मामले की सुनवाई की जाएगी, लेकिन गुरुवार 10 दिसम्बर को जिला जज के अवकाश पर होने के कारण इस मामले में अब सुनवाई 7 जनवरी 2021 को तय की गई है।

मामले में गुरुवार को 5 भक्तों ने पक्षकार बनने के लिए वाद दाखिल किया। इससे पहले तीन पक्षकार अपना वाद दाखिल कर चुके हैं। कोर्ट द्वारा दी गई तारीख़ को लेकर सबकी नजरें जिला जज के फैसले पर टिकी हुई हैं। श्रीकृष्ण विराजमान की तरफ से वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता रंजना अग्निहोत्री, हरिशंकर जैन आदि की तरफ से दाखिल याचिका को जिला जज ने स्वीकार किया जिसके बाद श्रीकृष्ण जन्मस्थान ट्रस्ट, शाही ईदगाह को नोटिस भेजकर अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए कहा गया था। इसी बीच अखिल भारतीय तीर्थ पुरोहित महासभा, माथुर चतुर्वेद परिषद और हिन्दूसभा ने पिटीशन दाखिल करते हुए उन्हें भी सुनने की मांग की थी। अब ये सुनवाई नई साल में 7 जनवरी तक मुल्तवी कर दी गई है।
