महाराष्ट्र में ठाकरे परिवार का होगा सीएम, उद्धव ठाकरे लेंगे शपथ

मुंबई। दादर स्थित ऐतिहासिक शिवाजी पार्क में आज शाम 6:40 बजे उद्धव ठाकरे मुख्यम्नत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। ठाकरे परिवार से पहली बार कोई सीएम पद की शपथ लेगा। सियासत में एक दूसरे के कट्टर विरोधी माने जाने वाली शिवसेना और कांग्रेस-एनसीपी के साथ आने से यह मुमकिन हुआ है। उद्धव समेत तीनों पार्टियों से 2-2 नेता ही आज शपथ लेंगे लेकिन सबकी नजर अजित पवार पर होगी कि उन्हें कोई भूमिका मिलती है या नहीं।

कांग्रेस का होगा स्पीकर
काफी जद्दोजहद और चर्चाओं के बाद महा विकास अघाड़ी में जो फॉर्म्युला तय हुआ, उसके मुताबिक सिर्फ एक डेप्युटी सीएम होगा जो एनसीपी के कोटे में गया है। कांग्रेस के खाते में स्पीकर का अहम पद आया है। पहले ऐसी अटकलें थीं कि एनसीपी और कांग्रेस दोनों से एक-एक डिप्टी सीएम होगा और दोनों ही दल स्पीकर पद पर दावा ठोक रहे थे।

पहले फ्लोर टेस्ट फिर बाकी मंत्री की शपथ
उद्धव ठाकरे तो मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे लेकिन मंत्री पद की शपथ सिर्फ 5 लोगों के ही लेने की संभावना है। दरअसल, शिवसेना, एनसीपी और कांग्रेस से 2-2 की शपथ का प्लान है। फ्लोर टेस्ट के बाद ही बाकी मंत्री शपथ लेंगे। शिवसेना सूत्रों के मुताबिक, आज उद्धव ठाकरे के साथ पार्टी से सिर्फ एक नेता ही शपथ लेंगे और वह हैं एकनाथ शिंदे। एनसीपी की तरफ से जयंत पाटिल, छगन भुजबल, दिलीप वलसे पाटिल के साथ-साथ अजीत पवार के नाम की भी चर्चा है। कांग्रेस की तरफ से कैबिनेट मंत्री के लिए बालासाहेब थोराट का नाम सबसे आगे है।

अजित पवार की भूमिका पर सबकी नज़र
फॉर्म्युले में इकलौते डिप्टी सीएम का पोस्ट एनसीपी के खाते में आया है, ऐसे में यह देखना काफी दिलचस्प है कि नई सरकार में अजित पवार की भूमिका क्या होगी। अजित पवार या तो मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल ही नहीं होंगे और अगर होते हैं तो डिप्टी सीएम पोस्ट उनके पास जा सकता है। वैसे एनसीपी सूत्रों के मुताबिक, अजित पवार कैबिनेट का हिस्सा बनने जा रहे हैं। पिछले हफ्ते बगावत कर फडणवीस के साथ डिप्टी सीएम की शपथ लेने और बाद में इस हफ्ते इस्तीफा देकर ‘घरवापसी’ करने वाले अजित पवार पिछले कुछ दिनों से लगातार सुर्खियों में थे। ऐसे में सबकी नजर इस बात पर रहेगी कि अजित को डिप्टी सीएम का पोस्ट मिलता है नहीं। इसके लिए वह और जयंत पाटिल दावेदार हैं और इस पर आखिरी फैसला शरद पवार करेंगे। हालांकि, सूत्रों की मुताबिक, अजित पवार ही डिप्टी सीएम होंगे लेकिन वह आज शपथ नहीं लेंगे।

मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल नहीं होंगे आदित्य ठाकरे
उद्धव ने इस बार के विधानसभा चुनाव में शिवसेना की वर्षों पुरानी परंपरा को तोड़ते हुए पहली बार ठाकरे परिवार से अगर किसी को चुनाव मैदान में उतारा तो वह थे उनके बेटे आदित्य ठाकरे। उन्होंने जीत भी हासिल की और उन्हें शिवसेना ने चुनाव बाद बतौर सीएम प्रॉजेक्ट करने की कोशिश की। हालांकि, बदली परिस्थितियों में खुद उद्धव को सीएम पोस्ट स्वीकार करनी पड़ी, जिसके लिए पहले वह अनिच्छुक थे। ऐसे में आदित्य ठाकरे की भूमिका क्या होगी, इसे भी लेकर काफी दिलचस्पी है। आदित्य मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल नहीं होंगे लेकिन पार्टी में उनकी भूमिका बढ़ जाएगी। पिता उद्धव सरकार का कामकाज संभालेंगे तो बेटे आदित्य संगठन से जुड़े मसलों को हल करेंगे।
