नई दिल्ली. यस बैंक के पूर्व एमडी-सीईओ राणा कपूर से 1.44 करोड़ रुपए का बोनस वापस लेगा। आरबीआई के निर्देशों के तहत ऐसा किया जाएगा,रिजर्व बैंक ने कपूर का कार्यकाल बढ़ाने की मंजूरी नहीं दी थी। यस बैंक ने गुरुवार को जारी सालाना रिपोर्ट में यह जानकारी दी। एनपीए से जूझ रहा यस बैंक कॉरपोरेट गवर्नेंस में खामियों की वजह से आरबीआई की जांच के दायरे में आया था।

यस बैंक की शुरुआत 2004 में हुई थी। राणा कपूर यस बैंक के फाउंडर और प्रमोटर्स में शामिल हैं और उनके पास यस बैंक के 4.32% शेयर है। पिछले साल अक्टूबर में आरबीआई ने उनका सीईओ और एमडी पद का कार्यकाल बढ़ाने की मंजूरी देने से इनकार कर दिया था। कॉरपोरेट गवर्नेंस में गंभीर खामियों और नियमों की के पालन में लचर रवैए की वजह से यस बैंक आरबीआई की जांच के दायरे में आया। राणा कपूर पूर्व एमडी-सीईओ को वित्त वर्ष 2014-15 में 62 लाख 17 हजार 823 रुपए और वित्त वर्ष 2015-16 में 82 लाख 45 हजार 416 रुपए बोनस मिला था। 2016-17 और 2017-18 में कोई बोनस नहीं दिया गया। इस साल जनवरी में कपूर का कार्यकाल पूरा हुआ था। इससे पहले 10 महीने बतौर एमडी और सीईओ उन्हें 6.48 करोड़ रुपए सैलरी मिली थी।

राणा कपूर की जगह रवनीत सिंह गिल यस बैंक के नए एमडी और सीईओ बने हैं। उनका सालाना वेतन 6 करोड़ रुपए है। रिजर्व बैंक ने पिछले दिनों पूर्व गवर्नर (आरबीआई) आर गांधी को यस बैंक के बोर्ड में अतिरिक्त निदेशक नियुक्त किया है। विश्लेषकों का बताया है कि पूंजी के मामले में यस बैंक की कमजोर बैलेंस शीट और स्थिति को देखते हुए एहतिहातन ऐसा किया गया है।
