मुंबई। आरबीआई ने कर्जदाताओं के लिए एक रहत भरी खबर दी है। रिजर्व बैंक ने शनिवार को स्पष्ट किया कि कोविड-19 के कारण कर्ज चुकाने में मुश्किल का सामना कर रहे कर्जदार कोई ठोस योजना बनाए बिना भी कर्ज के समाधान के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है. कोविड-19 संबंधी कठिनाई के संबंध में बार-बार उठने वाले सवालों पर व्याख्या में केंद्रीय बैंक ने कहा है कि कर्जदार कर्ज देने वाले संस्थानों के सामने समाधान के लिए एक अर्जी भर देकर यह प्रक्रिया शुरू करा सकते हैं। रिजर्व बैंक कोविड-19 से उत्पन्न परिस्थितियों में सामान्य कारोबार में व्यवधान के कारण कर्ज की किस्तें चुकाने में असमर्थ इकाइयों की मदद के लिए एक अलग समाधान योजना की घोषणा कर चुका है।
आरबीआई ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ऐसे मामलों में किसी आवेदन के साथ कोई समाधान योजना प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। इसके लिए कर्जदाता संस्था को एक आवेदन देना ही पर्याप्त है, जिसके आधार पर ऋण समाधान प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा सकती है।
ऐसे आवेदनों पर कर्ज देने वाला संस्थान अपने निदेशक मंडल द्वारा स्वीकृत ऋण समाधान व्यवस्था के तहत कोई सैद्धांतिक निर्णय लेगा। तय व्यवस्था के तहत समाधान प्रक्रिया शुरू करने का निर्णय ले लिए जाने के बाद ऋणदाता कर्जदार के साथ परामर्श कर एक समाधान योजना की रूपरेखा तैयार करेगा। आरबीआई द्वारा दी गई इस सलाह के बाद कर्जदाता अपने कर्ज को लेकर अब समाधान कराने में सहूलियत महसूस करेंगे।
