नयी दिल्ली। सीए करने वाले छात्रों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। छात्र नये नियमों के अनुसार अब कक्षा 10वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इंडिया (आईसीएआई) के फाउंडेशन कोर्स में अस्थायी तौर पर प्रवेश ले सकेंगे. हालांकि, अस्थायी प्रवेश उम्मीदवार द्वारा कक्षा 12वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर लेने के बाद ही नियमित किया जाएगा.
नये नियम छात्रों को वर्तमान समय से छह महीने पहले चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट (सीए) बनने में सक्षम बनाएंगे. आईसीएआई के अध्यक्ष अतुल कुमार गुप्ता ने कहा, ‘‘संस्थान को हाल ही में चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट विनियम, 1988 के नियम 25ई, 25एफ और 28एफ में संशोधन के लिए सरकार की मंजूरी मिली, जो कक्षा 10वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद उम्मीदवार को आईसीएआई के फाउंडेशन कोर्स में अस्थायी तौर पर पंजीकरण कराने में सक्षम बनाता है.
हालांकि, पाठ्यक्रम के लिए अस्थायी प्रवेश उम्मीदवार के 12 वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीण करने के आधार पर ही नियमित होगा.” उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रस्ताव के पीछे का मूल उद्देश्य छात्रों को कक्षा 10वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद फाउंडेशन कोर्स में अस्थायी तौर पर पंजीकरण करने की अनुमति देना है.
गुप्ता ने कहा, ‘‘इससे छात्रों को कक्षा 11वीं और 12वीं करते हुए फाउंडेशन कोर्स के लिए तैयारी करने में मदद मिलेगी.इस प्रकार छात्रों के पास अपना ज्ञान अद्यतन करने और सीए फाउंडेशन कोर्स के लिए बैठने और उसे उत्तीर्ण करने लिए अपेक्षित तकनीक हासिल करने का पर्याप्त समय होगा. आईसीएआई, फाउंडेशन के छात्रों के लिए मुफ्त ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं भी प्रदान करता है जिसे कभी भी, कहीं भी, लिया जा सकता है.” ऐसा होता है तो काफी स्टूडेंट्स को मौका मिलेगा।
