हाथरस केस:जेल में बंद 4 आरोपियों में से एक नाबालिग, CBI ने सस्पेंड पुलिसवालों पर दागे सवाल

हाथरस। हाथरस केस में एक नया खुलासा हुआ है। उप्र के हाथरस में दलित युवती से कथित गैंगरेप और उसकी मौत के केस की जांच सीबीआई कर रही है। इस बीच, सीबीआई के हाथ एक ऐसा सबूत हाथ लगा है, जो इस केस में शुरुआत से ही सवालों में घिरी पुलिस के खिलाफ है। अलीगढ़ जेल में बंद चारों आरोपियों में से लवकुश नाबालिग निकला है। इसका खुलासा उसके घर से बरामद हाईस्कूल की मार्कशीट से हुआ है। मार्कशीट सामने आने के बाद सीबीआई ने घटना के बाद सस्पेंड हुए पुलिसवालों से पूछताछ की है।

वारदात के वक़्त लवकुश था 17 साल 9 महीने का
आरोपी लवकुश ने 2018 में जेएस इंटर कॉलेज से हाईस्कूल की परीक्षा पास की है। मार्कशीट पर उसकी जन्मतिथि 2 दिसंबर 2002 लिखी है। ऐसे में अभी उसकी उम्र 17 साल 10 माह है। 14 सितंबर को जब वारदात हुई तब वह 17 साल 9 महीने 12 दिन का था। इसके बावजूद उसे अन्य आरोपियों की तरह जेल भेज दिया गया। ऐसे में बड़ा सवाल उठता है कि जेल भेजने से पहले क्या उसकी मेडिकल जांच नहीं हुई थी? अब पुलिस पर दस्तावेजों को दरकिनार करने का आरोप लग रहा है।

सीबीआई ने सोमवार को अलीगढ़ जेल में बंद चारों आरोपियों संदीप, रामू, रवि और लवकुश से अलग-अलग करीब साढ़े सात घंटे पूछताछ की थी। इससे पहले सीबीआई ने कोर्ट से परमिशन ली। सीबीआई की टीम सुबह 11 बजकर 54 मिनट पर जेल के अंदर पहुंची और शाम को 7:30 बजे बाहर आई। इस दौरान वारदात के दिन कौन-कहां था, इसकी पूरी जानकारी ली गई।

इससे पहले सीबीआई ने सभी आरोपियों के परिवार वालों से पूछताछ की थी और आरोपी लवकुश के घर से सबूत जुटाए गए थे। इस दौरान कुछ दस्तावेजों के अलावा एक लाल रंग लगा कपड़ा भी बरामद किया था। पुलिस की भूमिका पर उठे सवालों से एक बार फिर पुलिस की साख को बट्टा लगा दिया है।
