5000 रूपये से अधिक डिविडेंड पर अब कटेगा टीडीएस

आगरा। द इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ चार्टेड अकाउंटेंटस ऑफ़ इंडिया की सिकासा आगरा शाखा द्वारा सीए विद्यार्थियों के लिए विषय “स्टॉक मार्केट और उसकी करदेयता” पर रविवार को एक वेबिनार का आयोजन किया गया। जिसके मुख्य वक्ता गाजियाबाद से सीए विनीत राठी एवं सीए सचिन अग्रवाल रहे। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि सीआईआरसी सचिव सीए दिनेश कुमार जैन रहे। 

कार्यक्रम में सीए सचिन अग्रवाल ने सीए विद्यार्थियों को स्टॉक मार्केट से सम्बंधित शेयर, म्युचुअल फण्ड, फ्यूचर, ऑप्शन, हेजिंग आदि जैसे विषयो को विस्तारपूर्वक समझाया।  उन्होंने बताया कि बिना जानकारी के बाजार में निवेश करने वाले ही हमेशा नुकसान उठाते है।  लम्बे समय तक बाजार में बने रहने वाला निवेशक को अक्सर कम ही घाटा होता है।  

सीए विनीत राठी ने शेयर्स, म्यूच्यूअल फंड, इक्विटी फंड, डेब्ट फण्ड, कमोडिटी मार्केट से होने वाली आय या नुकसान की करदेयता के बारे में विस्तार से समझाया।  उन्होंने बताया कि यदि आपके पास लिस्टेड शेयर्स 12 महीने से ज्यादा रखे है तो उनको लॉन्ग टर्म माना जायेगा और मुनाफे पर 15% का स्पेशल टैक्स दर देय होगा, जबकि 12 महीने से कम समय पर बेचने पर वह शार्ट टर्म कहलायेगा और मुनाफे पर टैक्स स्लैब के अनुसार ही टैक्स देना होगा।  अब 1 अप्रैल 2020  से शेयर पर मिलने वाले डिविडेंड पर टैक्स लगेगा जो शेयरहोल्डर को देना होगा।  यदि 5000 रूपये से अधिक डिविडेंड इनकम है तो टीडीएस काटकर ही कंपनी डिविडेंड का भुगतान करेगी। यदि किसी शेयरहोल्डर की आय साल में 2.5 लाख रूपये से कम है तो उसे फॉर्म 15जी /15एच् कंपनी को भरके देना होगा ताकि टीडीएस न कटे।  उन्होंने बताया कि यदि शेयर ट्रेडिंग को आप व्यापर की तरह करते है तो आप शेयर की कुल बिक्री पर 6% या उससे अधिक का लाभ दिखा सकते है, और यदि आपको नुक्सान हुआ है तो आपको टैक्स ऑडिट करानी आवश्यक है तभी उस नुकसान को आप आने वाले 8 सालो तक आगे ले जा सकते है और भविष्य में होने वाले शेयर के लाभ से उस नुकसान को सेट ऑफ कर सकते है।

सिकासा अध्यक्षा सीए दीपिका मित्तल ने बताया कि 1 नवम्बर से 18 नवम्बर के बीच होने वाले सीए विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षा अब 21 नवम्बर से 14 दिसम्बर के बीच होगी। उन्होंने सभी सीए विद्यार्थियों को परीक्षा के लिए शुभकामनायें दी। कार्यक्रम में सीए विद्यार्थी शिवम् अग्रवाल और गौरव वार्ष्णेय ने भी अपना व्याख्यान दिया। कार्यक्रम का सञ्चालन पूर्वी अग्रवाल ने किया। कार्यक्रम में सिकासा कमेटी से उपाध्यक्षा साक्षी गोयल, ललित अग्रवाल, कपिश अग्रवाल मौजूद रहे।
