600 करोड़ रुपये निवेश करने की प्लानिंग कर रहे: अजय देवगन

नई दिल्ली। बॉलिवुड अभिनेता अजय देवगन अगले 5 सालों में अपने मल्टीप्लेक्स वेंचर NY सिनेमाज में 600 करोड़ रुपये निवेश करने की प्लानिंग कर रहे हैं। अपने दोनों बच्चों न्यासा और युग देवगन के नाम के शुरुआती अक्षर के साथ उन्होंने मल्टीप्लेक्स वेंचर का नाम रखा है। 50 वर्षीय अभिनेता का कहना है कि उनका उद्देश्य देश के उत्तरी और पश्चिमी हिस्सों में कम से कम 250 करोड़ स्क्रीन खोलने की है। अजय ने आगे बताया कि उनके मल्टीप्लेक्स वेंचर का पहला सिनेमाघर मध्य प्रदेश के रतलाम में जून में लॉन्च होगा।

प्रॉजेक्ट के बारे में अभी कोई खुलासा नहीं

अजय देवगन ने बताया कि NY सिनेमाज का टारगेट ऐसे लोग होंगे जिनकी पहुंच अभी तक मॉर्डन थिएटर तक नहीं है और वे देश के दूर-दराज इलाकों में रहते हैं। हालांकि उन्होंने प्रॉजेक्ट के बारे में कोई खुलासा नहीं किया लेकिन कहा कि यह बाजार में मौजूद दूसरे मल्टीप्लेक्स से अलग होगा। इससे पहले, अजय ने उत्तर प्रदेश के हापुड़ और गाजीपुर में दो सिंगल-स्क्रीन थिएटर खरीदे हैं।

NY सिनेमाज के चीफ एग्जिक्यूटिव राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहरों में अधिक स्क्रीन शुरू करने की योजना है,क्योंकि इन शहरों में अभी मल्टीप्लेक्स की पहुंच कम है।

मल्टीप्लेक्स खोलने के लिए 450 करोड़ रुपये का खर्च आएगा

16 मई, गुरुवार को एनवाई सिनेमाज ने रियलिटी फर्म एलन ग्रुप के साथ साझेदारी की है। इस पार्टनरशिप के तहत गुरुग्राम के एक शॉपिंग मॉल में 5-स्क्रीन मल्टीप्लेक्स खोला जाएगा जिसकी लागत पर 450 करोड़ रुपये का खर्च आएगा।

इस प्रॉजेक्ट में 5 सिल्वर स्क्रीन मल्टीप्लेक्स होंगे

उत्तर भारत में NY सिनेमाज की यह पहली पार्टनरशिप है। एलन ग्रुप गुरुग्राम में 7।5 लाख स्क्वायर फीट बिल्ट-अप एरिया में ‘एलन एपिन’ नाम से एक लग्जरी रिटेल प्रॉजेक्ट बना रहा है जिसमें एलन ग्रुप 450 करोड़ रुपये निवेश कर रही है। इस प्रॉजेक्ट में 5 सिल्वर स्क्रीन मल्टीप्लेक्स होगा जिसका एरिया 46,000 स्क्वायर फीट है।

NY सिनेमाज ने मुंबई की क्रिएटिव एजेंसी कलर क्राफ्ट स्टूडियो को सिनेमा की स्टाइलिंग स्ट्रैटेजी और ब्रांड बनाने की जिम्मेदारी दी थी। कंपनी जल्द ही अपने नए लोगो और टैगलाइन ‘फॉर द लव ऑफ सिनेमा’ को जारी करेगी।
