रामपुर। धोखा धड़ी के मामले में सजा काट रहे आजम खान और उसके परिवार की मुश्किलें लगातार बानी हुई हैं। समाजवादी पार्टी के कद्दावर नेता और रामपुर जिले से सांसद आजम खान के बेटे अब्दुला आजम की मुश्किलें बढ़ती दिख रही है। दरअसल, प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने आजम खान के बेटे अब्दुला आजम से 65 लाख के वेतन एवं भत्ते वसूले के आदेश दिए है। बता दें कि वसूली आदेश की कॉपी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के मुख्य लेखा अधिकारी ने जारी की है।
रामपुर के भाजपा नेता आकाश सक्सेना ने विधान सभा प्रमुख सचिव से वेतन वसूल किए जाने की मांग की थी। उनकी इस शिकायक के बाद कार्रवाई करते हुए अब्दुल्ला आजम के खिलाफ यह आदेश जारी हुए हैं। अब्दुल्ला ने विधायक रहते हुए यह रकम वेतन और भत्ते के रूप में विधान सभा सचिवालय से ली थी। आपको बता दें कि आकाश सक्सेना वहीं शक्श है जो अब्दुला आजम के दो फर्जी जन्म प्रमाण पत्र को लेकर हाईकोर्ट पहुंचे थे।
पिछले साल दिसंबर में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने स्वार विधान सभा सीट से अब्दुल्ला आजम की विधायकी रद्द कर दी थी। इसके बाद स्वार विधान सभा सीट पर उपचुनाव कराने के निर्देश भी दिए गए थे। हालांकि, अब्दुल्ला ने इस फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती थी दी थी जिसके बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उप चुनाव कराने के निर्देश पर रोक लगा दी थी। तो वहीं, भाजपा नेता आकाश सक्सेना ने विधानसभा सचिव से मांग की थी कि अब्दुल्ला आजम को विधायक रहते हुए जो भी वेतन एवं भत्ते मिले है वो वसूले जाएं।
सरकार के मुख्य लेखा अधिकारी की मानें तो अब्दुल्ला आजम करीब 65 लाख रुपए की रमक दी गई है, उसको तुरंत वापस लिया जाए। जिसके लिए उन्होंने वसूली आदेश जारी किए हैं। वहीं, भाजपा नेता आकाश सक्सेना ने बताया कि 3 महीने के अंदर अब्दुल्ला आजम को यह पैसे विधानसभा सचिवालय खाते में जमा करने पड़ेंगे। यदि वह ऐसा नहीं करते हैं तो एक साधारण आदमी की तरह उन पर भी ब्याज की रकम जोड़कर कुल रकम की वसूली की जानी चाहिए। सरकार के इस निर्णय के बाद अब्दुल्ला की मुश्किल और बड़ गई हैं उसे अब इतनी बड़ी रकम वापस जमा करनी होगी।
