लखनऊ। कोरोना संक्रमण को ध्यान में रखते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एंव परिवार कल्याण विभाग के कर्मचारियों की इस महीने और जनवरी 2021 की सभी छुट्टियां रद्द कर दी हैं। राज्य में प्रस्तावित कोरोना टीकाकरण को लेकर ये फैसला लिया गया है। चिकित्सा, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण महानिदेशक की ओर से मंगलवार देर रात जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन दिसंबर, 2020 और जनवरी, 2021 में प्रस्तावित है। ऐसे में 31 जनवरी तक के पहले से स्वीकृत सभी अवकाश रद्द किए जाए रहे हैं। इसमें संविदा एवं दैनिक वेतनभोगी सभी कर्मचारी शामिल हैं। छुट्टी पर चल रहे अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे बुधवार, 16 दिसंबर अपने कार्यस्थल पर ड्यूटी ज्वाइन करें।
इससे पहले अपर मुख्य सचिव चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अमित मोहन प्रसाद ने बताया कोविड वैक्सीन के भण्डारण के साथ-साथ वैक्सीन लक्षित समूहों को लगाने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। इसके साथ ही वैक्सीन के लिए तकनीकी लोगों को प्रशिक्षण देने का भी कार्य किया जा रहा है। जिसके क्रम में मास्टर ट्रेनर को प्रशिक्षित कर दिया गया है। यह मास्टर ट्रेनर जिलों में जाकर संबंधित स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों को प्रशिक्षित करने का कार्य करेंगे। कोरोना का टीका सबसे पहले हेल्थ केयर वर्कर और फ्रंट लाइन वर्करों को लगेगा। हेल्थ वर्कर्स और फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर्स को कवर करने के बाद, ऐसे राज्य जहां पर 50 साल से ज्यादा उम्र वाले और को-मार्बिडिटीज वाले लोग ज्यादा हैं, उन्हें ज्यादा डोज भेजी जाएंगी। केंद्र सरकार की ओर से जारी एडवाइजरी में कहा गया है कि 50 साल से कम उम्र के वे लोग शामिल किए जाएंगे, जो किसी बीमारी से ग्रस्त हैं। बाकी लोगों को टीका महामारी के फैलाव के आधार या टीके की उपलब्धता के अनुसार दिया जाएगा। टीकाकरण के लिए विशेष सत्रों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। साथ ही कोरोना टीकाकरण के लिए कोई दिन भी निर्धारित किया जाएगा।
एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, उत्तर प्रदेश में करीब 3.6 करोड़ लोग ऐसे होंगे जो टीकाकरण अभियान के पहले चरण में वैक्सीन पाने के योग्य होंगे। उत्तर प्रदेश के 15 प्रतिशत लोग 50 साल से अधिक उम्र के हैं। बड़ा प्रदेश होने के कारण यूपी के खाते में सबसे अधिक वैक्सीन डोज आएंगी। जिसके लिए स्टाफ की जरूरत होगी। ऐसे में मेडिकल स्टाफ का होना बेहद जरूरी है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए यूपी सरकार ने मेडिकल स्टाफ की छुट्टियां रद्द करदीं हैं।
