नईदिल्ली। स्वतंत्रता दिवस से कुछ दिन पहले ही दिल्ली पुलिस ने गोला-बारूद की तस्करी में शामिल एक गिरोह का भंडाफोड़ किया है। पुलिस ने लगभग 2000 जिंदा कारतूस सहित भारी मात्रा में गोला-बारूद बरामद किया है। वहीं पूरे मामले में अभी तक 6 व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। अधिकारियों ने शुक्रवार को यह जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि कारतूस की बरामदगी दिल्ली पुलिस की पूर्वी जिला इकाई ने की है। आगे की जानकारी की प्रतीक्षा की जा रही है।

दिल्ली पुलिस ने कारतूस की सप्लाई करने वाले 6 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करते हुए बड़ी साजिश का पर्दाफाश किया है। पूर्वी दिल्ली पुलिस ने आनंद विहार इलाके से 2 बैग में भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद किया है। वहीं दिल्ली में हाई अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया है। पुलिस का कहना है कि 15 अगस्त से ठीक पहले देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में आरोपी बड़ी साजिश को अंजाम देने की ताक में थे। पुलिस की तरफ से आरोपियों से पूछताछ की जा रही है। इससे पहले आईबी की तरफ से रिपोर्ट जारी कर दिल्ली पुलिस को सुरक्षा व्यवस्था मजबूत करने के निर्देश दिए गए थे।
