नई दिल्ली। हाल ही में शुरू हुई एयरलाइन आकाश एयर के डेटा में सेंध लगने की वजह से कुछ अनाधिकृत लोगों की पहुंच उपयोगकर्ताओं की सूचनाओं तक हो जाने का मामला सामने आया है। विगत 7अगस्त को विमान परिचालन शुरू करने वाली आकाश एयर ने इस गड़बड़ी के लिए अपने ग्राहकों से माफी मांगी है तथा खुद ही भारतीय कंप्यूटर आपात प्रतिक्रिया टीम को इस मामले की जानकारी दी है। कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर डाली गई सूचना के अनुसार, 25 अगस्त को लॉग-इन और साइन-अप सेवाओं को लेकर कुछ अस्थायी तकनीकी गड़बड़ी सामने आई।

एयरलाइन ने कहा, ‘‘इसके चलते आकाश एयर के पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ताओं की सूचनाएं मसलन नाम, लिंग, ई-मेल पते और फोन नंबर की सूचनाएं कुछ अनाधिकृत लोगों को उपलब्ध हो गईं।’ एयरलाइन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इन जानकारियों के अलावा यात्रा से संबंधित कोई अन्य सूचना या यात्रा रिकॉर्ड एवं भुगतान की सूचना उजागर नहीं हुई है। आकाश एयर ने यह भी कहा कि ग्राहकों की सूचनाओं का संरक्षण उसके लिए सर्वोपरि है। ‘‘यदि ग्राहकों की इस वजह से कोई असुविधा हुई है, तो इसका हमें खेद है।’’ आकाश एयर पिछले एक दशक में परिचालन शुरू करने वाली पहली एयरलाइन है। इसकी पहली उड़ान का परिचालन मुंबई-अहमदाबाद मार्ग पर 7 अगस्त को हुआ था। अरबपति निवेशक राकेश झुनझुनवाला इस एयरलाइन के एक प्रमुख निवेशक थे। परिचालन शुरू होने के एक हफ्ते बाद ही झुनझुनवाला का निधन हो गया था।
