पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री मान, विपक्षी नेता बाजवा के बीच विधानसभा में हुई तीखी नोक झोंक

पंजाब। पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान और विपक्ष के नेता प्रताप सिंह बाजवा के बीच सोमवार को राज्य विधानसभा में तीखी बहस हुई। कांग्रेस नेता द्वारा राज्य सतर्कता ब्यूरो के कामकाज पर सवाल उठाने के बाद यह घटनाक्रम हुआ। राज्यपाल के अभिभाषण से जुड़े धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा में भाग लेते हुए बजट सत्र के दूसरे दिन बाजवा ने आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के सांसद राघव चड्ढा के रविवार के उस बयान का जिक्र किया, जिसमें उन्होंने केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार की आलोचना की थी।

‘आप’ नेता ने भाजपा पर केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) और प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) का अपने राजनीतिक विरोधियों के खिलाफ इस्तेमाल करने का आरोप लगाया था। बाजवा ने सदन में कहा, ‘‘मैं राघव चड्ढा का दिया बयान पढ़ रहा था, जिन्होंने कहा था कि सीबीआई, ईडी और एनआईए (राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण) प्रतिदिन विपक्षी नेताओं के यहां छापे मार रहे हैं। उन्होंने यह विचार दिया था कि उनके कार्यालयों पर भाजपा का झंडा लगा देना चाहिए।’’

बाजवा ने कहा, ‘‘मैं भी आपसे (मान से) कहता हूं कि हमें आगे आने दीजिए। कल हमें यह कहने के लिए मजबूर ना करें कि सतर्कता दफ्तर (पंजाब में) पर ‘आप’ का झंडा लगा दीजिए।’’ इस पर, मुख्यमंत्री तुरंत अपनी सीट से खड़े हो गये और कांग्रेस नेता की टिप्पणी पर आपत्ति जताई। मान ने कहा, ‘‘आप ऐसा बयान नहीं दे सकते कि ‘आप’ का झंडा सतर्कता दफ्तर पर लगा देना चाहिए।’’

बाजवा ने इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री से सवाल किया कि ‘आप’ के पूर्व मंत्री फौजा सिंह सरारी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की गई और बठिंडा ग्रामीण विधायक अमित रत्तन कोटफट्टा की गिरफ्तारी में देरी की वजह बताएं। ‘आप’ विधायक कोटफट्टा को रिश्वत मामले में सतर्कता ब्यूरो ने पिछले महीने गिरफ्तार किया था। हालांकि, इसी मामले में उनके कथित करीबी सहयोगी रशीम गर्ग को ब्यूरो ने इसके कुछ दिन पहले पकड़ा था।
