हिमाचल कांग्रेस में नजर आई फूट, मंत्री विक्रमादित्य सिंह ने किया मोदी सरकार का समर्थन

हिमाचल प्रदेश। जहाँ आम आदमी पार्टी और शिवसेना यूबीटी ने जिस तरह बिना मांगे केंद्र सरकार का समान नागरिक संहिता के मुद्दे पर समर्थन किया है उससे विपक्षी गठबंधन में तो फूट पड़ ही गयी है लेकिन साथ ही जिस तरह कांग्रेस नेता भी इसके समर्थन में उतरने लगे हैं उससे लग रहा है कि मोदी सरकार के एक मास्टर स्ट्रोक ने कांग्रेस और विपक्षी एकता को छिन्न-भिन्न कर दिया है। आपको बता दें कि एक बड़े राजनीतिक घटनाक्रम के तहत हिमाचल प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण मंत्री विक्रमादित्य सिंह ने समान नागरिक संहिता के लिए अपना “पूर्ण समर्थन” देने का ऐलान किया है। उन्होंने फेसबुक पर जय श्रीराम लिखकर समान नागरिक संहिता का जिस प्रकार समर्थन किया है उससे कांग्रेस नेतृत्व भी आश्चर्यचकित है क्योंकि अभी तक पार्टी के केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने इस पर अपना रुख नहीं तय किया है। हिमाचल प्रदेश की कांग्रेस सरकार में लोक निर्माण एवं खेल मंत्री विक्रमादित्य ने समान नागरिक संहिता का समर्थन करते हुए यह सवाल भी किया है कि लोकसभा चुनाव से कुछ महीने पहले यह मुद्दा क्यों उठाया जा रहा है। हम आपको यह भी बता दें कि विक्रमादित्य सिंह हिमाचल प्रदेश कांग्रेस प्रमुख प्रतिभा सिंह के बेटे हैं। उनके दिवंगत पिता वीरभद्र सिंह छह बार राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री रहे।

जहां तक समान नागरिक संहिता पर उनकी ओर से फेसबुक पर किये गये पोस्ट की बात है तो आपको बता दें कि इसमें उन्होंने कहा है कि मैं समान नागरिक संहिता का पूरा समर्थन करता हूं जो भारत की एकता और अखंडता के लिए जरूरी है, लेकिन इसका राजनीतिकरण नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। हालांकि उन्होंने सवाल किया कि केंद्र की राजग सरकार ने पहले ऐसा कानून क्यों नहीं लागू किया, जबकि पिछले नौ साल से उसकी पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार है। उन्होंने पूछा, ‘‘चुनाव से कुछ महीने पहले ही यह मुद्दा क्यों उठाया जा रहा है।’’

उनके इस कदम को मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खु से उनके मतभेद के रूप में भी देखा जा रहा है। हाल ही में कांग्रेस ने कर्नाटक में सिद्धारमैया और डीके शिवकुमार तथा छत्तीसगढ़ में भूपेश बघेल और टीएस सिंहदेव के बीच मतभेद सुलझाये और अब वह राजस्थान में अशोक गहलोत और सचिन पायलट के बीच मतभेद सुलझाने का प्रयास कर ही रही है कि सुक्खु और विक्रमादित्य सिंह के बीच मतभेद उजागर हो गये हैं।
