आगरा। देश में सीधे तौर पर जूता फैक्ट्रियों में लगभग 50 लाख कर्मचारी काम करता हैं 1 जुलाई से बीआईएस जैसा सख्त कानून फुटवियर इंडस्ट्री पर लागू किया जा चुका है। यदि हमारी मांगों के अनुसार इसमें आवश्यक संसोधन न हुए तो यह बात तय है कि आने वाले समय में देश की आधी से अधिक जूता फैक्ट्रियों पर ताले लग सकते हैं। यह देश की जीडीपी के लिए तो बड़ा झटका होगा ही यह बेरोजगारी का भी बड़ा संकट साबित होगा। यह बात जूता निर्माताओं के संगठन एफएफएम के अध्यक्ष कुलदीप सिंह कोहली ने पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए शनिवार को आगरा के होटल लेमन ट्री में कही।
एफएएफएम – फ्रेटर्निटी ऑफ आगरा फुटवियर मैन्युफैक्चरर्स के नेतृत्व में लेदर सेक्टर से जुड़े सभी प्रमुख संगठन एवं एसोसिएशन के संयुक्त प्रेसवार्ता में जूता निर्माताओं ने सरकार से अपनी मांगों को मीडिया से साझा किया। बीआईएस (भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो) में सुझावों के अनुसार आवश्यक बदलाव पर जोर देते हुए एफएफएम के अध्यक्ष कुलदीप सिंह कोहली ने कहा कि बीआईएस के लागू होने के बाद फुटवियर उत्पादों की बड़ी और मझोले स्तर की निर्माण इकाइयों और सभी आयातकों को एक जुलाई से 24 उत्पादों के लिए अनिवार्य गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करना अनिवार्य किया गया है। इस प्रकार इसका लागू करना छोटी इकाइयों के लिए प्री मैच्योर डिलीवरी यानि असामयिक गर्भपात जैसी स्थिति होगी। सरकारों को हमारी मांगों पर गंभीर होना होगा।

किसने क्या कहा ?
इस दौरान एफमेक अध्यक्ष पूरन डावर ने कहा केंद्र सरकार ने फुटवियर पर क्वालिटी कंट्रोल ऑर्डर जारी किया है 1 जुलाई से स्पोर्ट्स फुटवियर सहित सेफ़्टी, आर्म्डफ़ोर्सेज़ ईवीएम विशेष प्रयोजन के तकनीकी फुटवियर पर लागू हुआ है। सरकार एक तीर से कई निशाने साधना चाहती है एक ओर जहाँ चीन से आने वाले सस्ते जूते डंप न हो सकें, दूसरी ओर घरेलू उपयोग के लिये बनने वाले जूते और निर्यात होने वाले जूतों की क्वालिटी एक ही हो। देश के ग्राहकों को विदेशों से जूते न ख़रीदने पड़े,बहुत बार ऐसा होता है कि अमेरिका इटली से जूते ख़रीदे होते हैं जो भारत के ही बने होते हैं। यह भी न्याय संगत नहीं की निर्यात के जूते कई प्रकार के टेस्ट के बाद जाते हैं अनेक केमिकल जो त्वचा को हानि पहुचाते हैं जिनसे कैंसर भी हो सकता हैं। भारत में बिकने वाले जूतों में वह टेस्ट नहीं होते।

लघु उद्योग भारती के जिला अध्यक्ष भुवनेश अग्रवाल ने बीआईएस के विरोध का पूर्ण समर्थन की बात करते हुए इसके खिलाफ राष्ट्रव्यापी अभियान चलाये जाने की बात कही।

वहीं आगरा सोल एन्ड शू कंपोनेंट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अम्बा प्रसाद गर्ग ने कहा टेस्टिंग का पैमाना और प्रक्रिया क्या होगी यह भी स्पष्ट नहीं है यह सरल होनी चाहिए। केंद्रीय भीम युवा व्यापार मंडल के अध्यक्ष गजेंद्र पिप्पल ने कहा कि बीआईएस टेस्टिंग तथा प्रमाणन उन जूता निर्माताओं के लिए नहीं होना चाहिए जो छोटे स्तर पर अपना कारोबार कर रहे हैं।

देश में लोग क्वालिटी नहीं आज की आवश्यकता देखते हैं
