नईदिल्ली। आबकारी नीति मामले में दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने दिल्ली के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया की न्यायिक हिरासत 8 मई तक बढ़ा दी है। मनीष सिसोदिया को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा जांच किए जा रहे आबकारी मामले में उनकी न्यायिक हिरासत की समाप्ति पर राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट लाया गया था। न्यायिक हिरासत बढ़ने के बाद सिसोदिया से पत्रकारों ने सवाल भी पूछा। सवालों के जवाब में सिसोदिया ने कहा कि मोदी जी चाहे जितनी कोशिश कर लें, लेकिन दिल्ली में केजरीवाल जी का काम नहीं रोक पाएंगे। ईडी द्वारा जांच की जा रही आबकारी नीति मामले में मनीष सिसोदिया की न्यायिक हिरासत आज 8 मई तक बढ़ा दी गई।

इससे पहले दिल्ली की अदालत ने कथित आबकारी नीति घोटाले से संबंधित धनशोधन के एक मामले में आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के नेता मनीष सिसोदिया की जमानत याचिका शुक्रवार को खारिज कर दी और कहा कि साक्ष्य प्रथम दृष्टया ‘‘अपराध में किस हद तक उनकी संलिप्तता है, इस ओर इशारा करते हैं।’’ विशेष न्यायाधीश एम. के. नागपाल ने सिसोदिया को राहत देने से इनकार करते हुए कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष धनशोधन के कथित अपराध में सिसोदिया की संलिप्तता को लेकर एक वास्तविक और प्रथम दृष्टया मामला दिखाने में सक्षम रहा है। अदालत ने ‘‘गंभीर प्रकृति के आरोपों और आपराधिक साजिश में सिसोदिया द्वारा निभाई गई भूमिका, अपराध की आय के सृजन और इस्तेमाल आदि से संबंधित गतिविधियों में उनकी संलिप्तता’’ को देखते हुए जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया।
