    आगरा। इबादत का महीना रमजान 23 मार्च से शुरू हो रहा है। उप्र अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के चेयरमैन अशफाक सैफी ने सूबे के समस्त जिलाधिकारी, पुलिस अधीक्षक को पत्र लिखकर मस्जिद परिसर के आसपास साफ-सफाई व सहरी इफ्तार के समय नियमित रूप से बिजली-पानी की आपूर्ति तथा स्ट्रीट लाईट के साथ ही चुस्त सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा है।

    उप्र अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के चेयरमैन अशफाक सैफी ने अशफाक सैफी ने मुख्य सचिव, अपर मुख्य सचिव, प्रमुख सचिव ऊर्जा, नगर विकास, पंचायती राज, स्वास्थ्य,ग्राम्य विकास, पुलिस महानिदेशक, समस्त जिलाधिकारी, पुलिस आयुक्त/ वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक /पुलिस अधीक्षक को लिखे पत्र में इस बात की तरफ ध्यान आकृष्ठ करते हुए कहा है कि कई जिलों से शिकायतें आ रही हैं कि न्यायालय द्वारा निर्धारित आवाज की सीमा में रहने के बावजूद भी कई जगहों पर मस्जिदों से लाउड स्पीकर को पुलिस द्वारा उतार दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने प्रदेश के समस्त पुलिस आयुक्त/वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक/पुलिस अधीक्षक से कहा है कि न्यायालय द्वारा निर्धारित आवाज की सीमा में लगे हुए लाउड स्पीकर को मस्जिदों से न उतारा जाये । उन्होने पत्र में लिखा है कि ईदगाह एवं मस्जिदों के आस-पास पर्याप्त सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करायी जाये ताकि कोई अप्रिय घटना न हो ।
