तीसरे चरण में 25% करोड़पति, 21% दागी उम्मीदवार मैदान में

नई दिल्ली। लोस चुनाव के तीसरे चरण में 15 राज्यों की 116 सीटों पर 340 यानी 21% दागी उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। इन पर कोई न कोई आपराधिक मुकदमा दर्ज है। वहीं, 230 यानी 14% प्रत्यााशी ऐसे हैं जो गंभीर अपराध के आरोपी हैं। वहीं, इस चरण में 392 करोड़पति उम्मीदवार भी चुनाव मैदान में हैं। यह बात एसोसिएशन फॉर डेमोक्रेटिक रिफॉर्म्स (एडीआर) की रिपोर्ट में सामने आई है। एडीआर ने तीसरे चरण में चुनाव लड़ रहे 1612 में से 1594 प्रत्याशियों के हलफनामों का विश्लेषण किया है। तीसरे चरण में 23 अप्रैल को मतदान होना है।

29 प्रत्याशियों के खिलाफ महिलाओं से जुड़े अपराध के मामले दर्ज हैं। इनमें दुष्कर्म, यौन उत्पीड़न और महिलाओं के प्रति क्रूरता जैसे आरोप शामिल हैं। 14 उम्मीदवार ऐसे हैं, जिन्होंने हलफनामे में यह घोषित किया है कि वे आपराधिक मामलों में दोषी पाए जा चुके हैं। 13 उम्मीदवारों के खिलाफ हत्या की धारा में मुकदमा चल रहा है। 30 प्रत्याशियों पर हत्या के प्रयास का आरोप है। 14 उम्मीदवार फिरौती के लिए अपहरण कराने के आरोपी हैं। 26 प्रत्याशियों के खिलाफ नफरतभरे बयान देने का मामला लंबित है।

115 में से 63 निर्वाचन क्षेत्र ऐसे, जहां एक-एक सीट पर तीन या उससे ज्यादा दागी उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे।

392 उम्मीदवार की संपत्ति 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा
एडीआर ने जिन 1594 उम्मीदवारों के हलफनामों का विश्लेषण किया है, उनमें 392 यानी 25% प्रत्याशियों की संपत्ति 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा है। कांग्रेस के 90 उम्मीदवारों में 74 यानी 82%, भाजपा के 97 में से 81 यानी 84% उम्मीदवारों की संपत्ति 1 करोड़ से अधिक है। वहीं, सपा के 10 में से 9, बसपा के 12 और शिवसेना के 7 प्रत्याशियों की संपत्ति 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा है। तीसरे चरण में उम्मीदवारों की औसत संपत्ति 2.95 करोड़ रुपए है।
