नई दिल्ली।अरविंद केजरीवाल ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर राजधानी को पॉलूशन फ्री करने के लिए 7 योजनाओं की घोषणा की। इसके तहत केजरीवाल ने प्रदूषण मुक्त दिवाली, ऑड-ईवन पॉलिसी, पलूशन मास्क का वितरण, पराली और कूड़े के जलाने पर रोक, हॉटस्पॉट ऐक्शन प्लान, डस्ट पलूशन कंट्रोल और दिल्ली ट्री चैलेंज प्रोग्राम्स की घोषणा की।दिल्ली सरकार ने राजधानी में एक बार फिर से गाड़ियों को लेकर ऑड-ईवन पॉलिसी लागू किए जाने का ऐलान किया है। 4 से 15 नवंबर के बीच राजधानी ऑड-ईवन व्यवस्था लागू होगी। ऑड-ईवन स्कीम के तहत 4, 6, 8, 10 और 12 और 14 नवंबर को ईवन नंबर वाली गाड़ियां चलेंगी, जबकि 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 और 15 नंवबर को ऑड नंबर वाली गाड़ियां दिल्ली में चलेंगी।
छोटी दिवाली पर एक लेजर शो का आयोजन
दिल्ली के सीएम ने लोगों से पटाखा मुक्त दिवाली मनाने की भी अपील की। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि सरकार छोटी दिवाली पर एक लेजर शो का आयोजन करेगी। इस कार्यक्रम में पूरी दिल्ली एक साथ दिवाली मनाएगी। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा, ‘पराली प्रदूषण कम करने के कई फैसले लिए गए हैं। प्रदूषण पर लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए स्कूलों में अभियान चलेगा। पेड़ लगाने के लिए भी लंबा अभियान चलेगा, जिसमें पेड़ों की होम डिलिवरी की जाएगी।’
इलेक्ट्रिक बसों का उतरने वाला है बेड़ा
सीएम केजरीवाल ने कहा कि राजधानी में जल्दी ही इलेक्ट्रिक वीइकल पॉलिसी को लागू किया जाएगा। यह देश की सबसे अच्छी इलेक्ट्रिक वीइकल पॉलिसी होगी। जल्दी ही 1,000 इलेक्ट्रिक बसों का बेड़ा उतरने वाला है। इनके कामकाज और असर के अध्ययन के बाद इलेक्ट्रिक वीइकल्स को लेकर आगे फैसला लिया जाएगा।
बस के रूटों का होगा रेशनलाइजेशन
अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि बस के रूटों का रेशनलाइजेशन होगा यानी छोटी गलियों से बसें नहीं गुजरेंगी। आने वाले समय में सभी बस स्टैंड्स को बदला जाएगा और आधुनिक सुविधाएं दी जाएंगी। स्टैंड पर आपको हर बस का अराइवल स्टेटस पता चल सकेगा। इससे बसों के इस्तेमाल में इजाफा हो सकेगा।

नए ट्रैफिक जुर्माने को लेकर सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने स्पष्ट तौर पर तो कुछ नहीं कहा लेकिन व्यवस्था में सुधार की बात करते हुए एक तरह से समर्थन के संकेत दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि नए ट्रैफिक जुर्माने की व्यवस्था लागू होने के बाद से दिल्ली में ट्रैफिक की स्थिति सुधरी है। हालांकि उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि यदि किसी नियम से समस्या है और हमारे पास उसमें संशोधन की शक्ति है तो फिर हम ऐसा करेंगे।
