नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रदेश के सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के द्वारा चर्चा जारी है। यह बैठक रात्रि 8 बजे तक चलेगी, जिसमें सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों को अपनी बात रखने का मौका मिलेगा। देश में चल रहे लॉकडाउन का तीसरा फेज 17 मई को खत्म हो रहा है। माना जा रहा है कि ऐसे में मोदी मुख्यमंत्रियों से कोरोना से निपटने की रणनीति, लॉकडाउन की बंदिशें कम करने और आर्थिक गतिविधियां बढ़ाने पर सुझाव मांग सकते हैं। दूसरी ओर, केंद्र सरकार का फोकस अब अर्थव्यवस्था को गति देने के लिए राज्यों में कामकाज शुरू कराने पर भी है।

कैबिनेट सचिव राजीव गौबा ने रविवार को राज्यों के मुख्य सचिव और स्वास्थ्य सचिव से बात की थी। गौबा ने कहा कि अब राज्य सरकारों को आर्थिक गतिविधियां चालू करने पर जोर देना चाहिए। सरकार प्रवासियों के लिए श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेनें चला रही है। सभी राज्य इसमें अधिक से अधिक सहयोग करें और वंदे भारत मिशन के तहत विदेशों में फंसे लोगों की लौटने में मदद करें।

कई राज्यों ने रेड, ऑरेंज और ग्रीन जोन पर उठाए सवाल
सूत्रों के अनुसार, कैबिनेट सेक्रेटरी के साथ चर्चा में कई राज्यों ने रेज, ग्रीन और ऑरेंज जोन में बनाए गए नियमों पर सवाल उठाए। कुछ राज्यों ने प्रवासियों की वापसी पर चिंता जताई थी। इन राज्यों का कहना है प्रवासियों की वापसी के कारण कोरोनावायरस के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं, ऐसे में जो इलाके ग्रीन जोन में हैं, वे जल्द ही रेड जोन में बदल जाएंगे।

तीन बार बढ़ चुका है लॉकडाउन
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने सबसे पहले 25 मार्च से लॉकडाउन की घोषणा की थी। पहला लॉकडाउन 21 दिन के लिए लगाया गया था। इसे 14 अप्रैल को खत्म होना था। इसके बाद लॉकडाउन 19 दिन और बढ़ा दिया गया था। तीन मई को खत्म हो रहे लॉकडाउन को फिर से 14 दिन बढ़ा दिया गया है। अब यह लॉकडाउन 17 मई को खत्म होगा।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी 51 दिनों में पांचवीं बार वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कर रहे हैं। इससे पहले उनकी मुख्यमंत्रियों के साथ चार बार वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग हो चुकी है। उन्होंने 20 मार्च, 2, 11 और 27 अप्रैल को भी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग पर चर्चा की थी।
