फेस्टिव सीजन में केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को 10 हजार रु. एडवांस देगी सरकार- सीतारमण

नई दिल्ली। केंद्र सर्कार देश को सही पटरी पर लेन कि दिशा में बड़े बड़े फैसले ले रही है। इसी के तहत अर्थव्यवस्था में तेजी लाने के लिए सभी कर्मचारियों को 10 हजार रुपए एडवांस में देगी। यह रुपए फेस्टिवल एडवांस के तौर पर दिए जाएंगे। मन जा रहा है कि मांग में तेजी लाने के लिए सरकार यह कदम उठा रही है। सरकार के इस कदम से करीब 1 करोड़ केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को त्योहार पर खर्च करने के लिए अतिरिक्त पैसा उपलब्ध होगा। जिससे उनका त्यौहार ख़ुशी से मानेगा।

केंद्र सरकार १२ प्रतिशत या इससे ज्यादा जीएसटी वाले सामान खरीदने के लिए सरकार अपने कर्मचारियों को एलटीसी टिकट फेयर के बदले कैश देगी। इस पर केंद्र सरकार 5675 करोड़ रुपए खर्च करेगी। इसके अलावा इस मद में 1900 करोड़ रुपए पीएसयू और बैंक खर्च करेंगे। वित्त मंत्री सीतारमण का कहना है कि इससे अर्थव्यवस्था में 19 हजार करोड़ रुपए आएंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही यदि राज्य भी इसी दिशा में कदम उठाते हैं तो बाजार में 9 हजार करोड़ रुपए और अतिरिक्त आएंगे। जिससे अर्थव्यवस्था पटरी पर आने लगेगी।

इसके साथ ही आर्थिक गतिविधियों में तेजी लाने के लिए केंद्र सरकार राज्यों को 12 हजार करोड़ रुपए का ब्याज मुक्त लोन भी देगी। इस लोन की वापसी 50 साल में की जा सकेगी। जो अपने आप में अप्रत्याशित है।
केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को एलटीसी के बदले दिए जाने वाले वाउचर 31 मार्च 2021 तक खर्च करने होंगे। एलटीसी के बदले दिए जाने वाले वाउचर्स से कर्मचारियों को डिजिटल खरीदारी ही करनी होगी।
केंद्र सरकार सड़क, डिफेंस इंफ्रा, वाटर सप्लाई और शहरी विकास के लिए 25 हजार करोड़ रुपए अतिरिक्त देगी। बजट में इन सेक्टर्स के लिए 4.31 लाख करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन किया गया था।
10 किस्तों में वापस कर सकेंगे फेस्टिवल एडवांस

कर्मचारियों को 31 मार्च 2021 तक इसे खर्च करना होगा। यह १० हज़ार रुपए के प्रीपेड रूपे कार्ड के रूप में दिया जाएगा। जोकि इंटरेस्ट फ्री होगा। केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों पर इस योजना के तहत 4,500 करोड़ रुपए खर्च होंगे। यदि राज्य सरकार भी इस योजना को लागू करेगी, तो 8,000 करोड़ रुपए का अतिरिक्त भार पड़ेगा। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लागू किया जा रहा फेस्टिव पैकेज़ बेहद पसंद आएगा।
