उन्नाव।यूपी के उन्नाव में बिहार थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में रहने वाली सामूहिक दुष्कर्म पीड़िता को गुरुवार सुबह 5 युवकों ने पेट्रोल डालकर जला दिया। पिता की सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने पीड़िता को जिला अस्पताल पहुंचाया। यहां पीड़िता की हालत गंभीर देखकर लखनऊ रेफर किया गया है। फिलहाल पुलिस तीन आरोपियों को हिरासत में लेकर उनसे पूछताछ कर रही है। इनमें दो आरोपी युवती के साथ गैंगरेप मामले में भी आरोपी हैं और हाल ही में उनको इस मामले में जमानत मिली थी। एक आरोपी को पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया है और दूसरा आरोपी अभी फरार है। कथित रूप से गैंगरेप के आरोपियों ने अपने दोस्तों के साथ मिलकर इस वारदात को अंजाम दिया।

उन्नाव एसपी विक्रांत वीर ने एनबीटी ऑनलाइन को बताया कि मार्च में रायबरेली के लालगंज थाना क्षेत्र में एक केस दर्ज हुआ था। इसमें लड़की की तरफ से आरोप था कि शादी का झांसा देकर दो लोगों द्वारा गैंगरेप किया गया। इन दोनों आरोपियों का नाम पेट्रोल डालकर जलाने की घटना में भी शामिल है।

सुबहे 4 बजे की थी पीड़िता की ट्रेन
पीड़िता ने बयान दिया है कि गुरुवार तड़के 4 बजे वह रायबरेली जाने के लिए ट्रेन पकड़ने बैसवारा बिहार रेलवे स्टेशन जा रही थी। गौरा मोड़ पर गांव के हरिशंकर त्रिवेदी, किशोर शुभम, शिवम, उमेश ने उसे घेर लिया और सिर पर डंडे से और गले पर चाकू से वार किया। इस बीच वह चक्कर आने से गिरी तो आरोपियों ने पेट्रोल डालकर आग लगा दी। बता दें कि इस केस की जांच रायबरेली पुलिस ने की थी। इस केस में कुछ आरोपी जेल से जमानत पर बाहर आए थे।

प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक, रेप केस की सुनवाई में रायबरेली जाने के लिए पीड़िता स्टेशन की तरफ बढ़ रही थी, तभी रेप केस में नामजद दो आरोपियों समेत 5 लोगों ने पेट्रोल डालकर उसे जला दिया। चीखें सुनकर इकट्ठा हुए राहगीरों ने पुलिस को सूचना दी। मौके पर आई पुलिस उसे लेकर सबसे पहले सुमेरपुर के प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पीएचसी पहुंची। नाजुक हालत में उसे उन्नाव जिला अस्पताल भेज दिया गया। इससे पहले एसडीएम दयाशंकर पाठक पीएचसी पहुंच गए।

पीड़िता ने डिविजनल मैजिस्ट्रेट को दिए बयान
सब-डिविजनल मैजिस्ट्रेट को दिए गए बयान में पीड़िता ने बताया कि वह गुरुवार सुबह 4 बजे रायबरेली जाने के लिए बैसवारा स्टेशन जा रही थी। गौर गांव के मोड़ के पास पहले से मौजूद हरिशंकर त्रिवेदी, रामकिशोर त्रिवेदी, उमेश वाजपेई के साथ रेप के आरोपी शिवम और शुभम त्रिवेदी ने कथित तौर लाठी-डंडों से उसे पीटने के बाद चाकू से कई वार किए। इसके बाद पेट्रोल डाला गया।

कई तथ्य मिले हैं, जांच जारी’
उधर, यूपी पुलिस ने दावा किया है कि घटना के तत्काल बाद पीड़िता के बयान के आधार पर तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। पुलिस ने जब आरोपियों के घरों पर छापे मारे तो सभी अपने अपने घरों पर परिवारवालों के बीच मौजूद मिले। घटना की गहन तफ्तीश की जा रही है। इस घटना से जुड़े कुछ और तथ्य भी मिले हैं, जिनकी पुलिस जांच कर रही है। तह
