भारत चीन सीमा विवाद: अफसरों ने कहा- बॉर्डर से अपने सैनिक और हथियार हटाए, तभी पूरी तरह शांति कायम होगी

नई दिल्ली। लद्दाख में भारत और चीन की सेना के बीच तनाव कम हुआ है। हालांकि, भारत ने सीमा पर शांति कायम करने के लिए अपना पक्ष स्पष्ट कर दिया है। न्यूज एजेंसी ने शीर्ष अधिकारियों के हवाले से बताया है कि भारत चाहता है कि चीन अपनी सीमा से 10 हजार सैनिकों को हटाए। साथ ही तोप, आर्म्ड व्हीकल और दूसरे भारी हथियारों को भी अपनी सीमा में पीछे करे। ऐसा करने पर ही तनाव पूरी तरह से खत्म होगा।

भारतीय और चीनी सेना के बीच विवाद 4 मई को शुरू हुआ था। चीन की सेना बटालियन के आकार वाली टुकड़ियों के साथ तय पेट्रोलिंग क्षेत्र से आगे तक घुस गई थी। चीनी सैनिक युद्ध में इस्तेमाल आने वाली गाड़ियों के साथ आई थी। इस पर भारतीय सेना ने आपत्ति जताई थी।

तीन पेट्रोलिंग प्वाइंट से पीछे हटी चीनी सेना
पिछले महीने लद्दाख में भारत और चीन सीमा पर तीन बार आमने-सामने आए थे। इस दौरान सैनिकों के बीच हाथापाई होने की बात भी सामने आई थी। विवाद बढ़ने पर दोनों देशों ने आपसी बातचीत से इस मुद्दे को सुलझाने की बात कही थी। 6 जून को दोनों देशों की सेना के बीच मिलिट्री कमांडर स्तर पर बातचीत हुई थी। इसके बाद गलवान घाटी में तीन पेट्रोलिंग प्वॉइंट नंबर 14,15 और 17 से चीन की सेना पीछे हट गई थी।

भारत ने अपनी सीमा में तैनात किए सैनिक
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि चीन ने लाइन ऑफ एक्चुअल कंट्रोल से थोड़े पीछे होटन और गार गुंसा एयरबेस पर लड़ाकू विमानों की भी तैनाती कर रखी है। आमतौर पर इन एयरबेस पर इतने ज्यादा लड़ाकू विमान नहीं होते। कई बार इसके विमान भारतीय सीमा से काफी दूरी पर उड़ते नजर आए हैं। चीन ने अब भी भारी संख्या में सैनिकों और तोप जैसे हथियार एलएसी के करीब तैनात कर रखे हैं। लिहाजा भारत ने भी अपनी सीमा में 10 हजार सैनिकों को तैनात कर दिया।

भारत बातचीत में सैनिकों को पीछे हटाने का मुद्दा उठाएगा
भारत और चीन के बीच सीमा विवाद को लेकर अगले 10 दिन में कई स्तर पर चर्चा होगी। इस दौरान भारत उनके सामने सैनिकों की संख्या कम करने का मुद्दा उठाएगा। दोनों देशों की सेना बटालियन, ब्रिगेड और मेजर-जनरल स्तर पर बात करेंगी। इस दौरान भारत चीन से कहेगा कि वह एलसीए से सैनिकों और हथियारों की तादाद कम करे। फिलहाल भारत और चीनी सेना के अफसरों के बीच सैनिकों को पीछे हटाने पर हॉटलाइन के जरिए बात हो रही है।
