इलाहाबाद। हाईकोर्ट ने ज्ञानवापी की तरह मथुरा में भी वीडियोग्राफी सर्वे कराने का निर्देश दिया है। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में जस्टिस पीयूष अग्रवाल की बेंच ने आदेश दिया है। हाई कोर्ट की तरफ से 4 महीने में वीडियोग्राफी कराने का आदेश दिया गया। इसके साथ ही चार महीने में सर्वे करारकर रिपोर्ट हाई कोर्ट में दाखिल करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सर्वे कमीशन में एक वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता, कमिश्नर और दो अधिवक्ता सहायक कमिश्नर के साथ वादी और प्रतिवादी के साथ सक्षम अधिकारी होंगे। चार महीने में वीडियोग्राफी सर्वे होगा और इसके बाद इस रिपोर्ट को दाखिल करना होगा।
मथुरा में ज्ञानवापी की तरह ही वीडियोग्राफी का आदेश दिया गया है। उस परिसर की वीडियोग्राफी होगी जिसमें वादी-प्रतिवादी, जिला प्रशासनिक अधिकारी समेत सर्वे कमीश्नर का पूरा एक पैनल होगा। ये आदेश हाईकोर्ट की तरफ से मथुरा जिला जज को दिया गया है। बता दें कि लखनऊ की रहने वाली रंजना अग्निहोत्री ने श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि की 13.37 एकड़ भूमि के स्वामित्व की मांग को लेकर वाद दायर किया था। इसमें श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि में बनी शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद को हटाने की भी मांग की गई। कोर्ट में दायर वाद में भगवान कृष्ण के जन्मस्थान के पास कटरा केशव देव मंदिर के 13.37 एकड़ के परिसर में मुगल सम्राट औरंगजेब के आदेश पर 1669-70 में कथित तौर पर बनी मस्जिद को हटाने की मांग की गई है।
