नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने सोमवार को दावा किया कि प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने आबकारी नीति की जांच के सिलसिले में आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के नगर निगम चुनाव के प्रभारी दुर्गेश पाठक को समन भेजा है। सिसोदिया ने पाठक को भेजे समन पर सवाल उठाया और पूछा कि एजेंसी शराब नीति को निशाना बना रही है या एमसीडी चुनावों को। उन्होंने पूछा, ‘‘ईडी ने आप के एमसीडी चुनाव प्रभारी दुर्गेश पाठक को आज समन भेजा है। हमारे एमसीडी चुनाव प्रभारी का दिल्ली सरकार की आबकारी नीति से क्या लेना-देना है? उनके निशाने पर शराब नीति है या एमसीडी चुनाव?’’
बहरहाल, अभी ईडी से समन भेजे जाने की कोई आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं हुई है। दिल्ली में एमसीडी चुनाव 270 वार्डों का परिसीमन पूरा होने के बाद इस साल के अंत तक होने की संभावना है। ईडी ने गत सप्ताह अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार की आबकारी नीति 2021-22 के संबंध में देशभर में 40 स्थानों पर छापे मारे थे।
केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने इस नीति में कथित अनियमितताओं के संबंध में एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है और सिसोदिया को बतौर आरोपी नामजद किया है। केजरीवाल सरकार ने उपराज्यपाल वी. के. सक्सेना द्वारा नीति के क्रियान्वयन में कथित अनियमितताओं की सीबीआई से जांच कराने की सिफारिश करने के बाद जुलाई में यह नीति वापस ले ली थी।
