6300 करोड़ के ठेके रद्द किए, पंकजा मुंडे पर नियमों की अनदेखी का आरोप

नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट से महाराष्ट्र की देवेंद्र फडणवीस सरकार को बड़ा देते हुए 6300 करोड़ रू के पोषण आहार के टेंडर को रद्द कर दिया है। ये ठेका पंकजा मुद्दे के महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी किया गया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पाया कि इस ठेके में नियमों की अनदेखी की गई थी। बता दें कि इसके तहत स्कूली बच्चों को पोषक आहार उपलब्ध कराया जाना था।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा और जस्टिस दीपक गुप्ता की बेंच ने ये फैसला सुनाया। इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की खबर के मुताबिक, कोर्ट ने कहा है कि ठेका जारी करने के संबंध में नियमों की अनदेखी की गई और इसे बड़े उद्योगपतियों की झोली में डालने का काम किया गया। बता दें कि पंकजा मुंडे ने कैबिनेट की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद 8 मार्च, 2016 को टेंडर जारी किया था।

महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय संभालने वाली पंकजा मुंडे को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद आलोचनाओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। पंकजा मुंडे पर पहले भी खाद्य सामग्री में घोटाले का आरोप लगता रहा है। हालांकि पार्टी और महाराष्ट्र की सरकार ने पंकजा मुंडे पर लगे आरोपों को निराधार बताया है। इस टेंडर की अनुमानित लागत 6300 करोड़ रु आंकी गई। इस मामले में याचिकाकर्ता ने टेंडर को उद्योगपतियों को फायदा पहुंचाने वाला बताया था और कहा था कि इससे स्वयं सहायता समूहों की भागीदारी खत्म हो रही है। याचिकाकर्ता का आरोप था कि वित्तीय कारोबार की जो शर्तें हैं, उसे कुछ चुनिंदा कंपनियों को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए तैयार किया गया है। अब इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नए सिरे से टेंडर जारी करने का आदेश दिया है। साथ ही कहा है कि इस अवधि में महिलाओं और बच्चों के लिए वैकल्पिक तरीके से पोषक आहार उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
