राजस्थान के थानागाजी गैंगरेप केस में 4 को उम्रकैद, 5वें दोषी को 5 साल की सजा

अलवर। राजस्थान में अलवर जिले के थानागाजी गैंगरेप केस में मंगलवार को कोर्ट ने सभी 5 आरोपियों को दोषी करार दिया। 4 को उम्रकैद तो घटना का वीडियो वायरल करने वाले पांचवें आरोपी को 5 साल की सजा सुनाई। कोर्ट ने फैसले में कहा कि गैंगरेप की यह वारदात द्रौपदी के चीरहरण जैसी है। इसमें सजा ऐसी होनी चाहिए कि दुष्कर्म की लगातार हो रही घटनाओं को काटा जा सके।

यह वारदात 26 अप्रैल 2019 को दिनदहाड़े हुई थी। इसमें पति के सामने ही पत्नी के साथ गैंगरेप किया गया। दोषियों ने घटना का वीडियो भी बनाया था। इसके वायरल होने के बाद 2 मई यानी 6 दिन बाद थानागाजी थाने में इसका केस दर्ज हुआ था।

पुलिस ने 16 दिन में कोर्ट में चालान पेश किया था
कोर्ट ने चार दोषियों इंद्राज, अशोक, छोटेलाल और हंसराज को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई। इन चारों पर 1-1 लाख रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया। वीडियो वायरल करने के दोषी मुकेश को 5 साल की सजा मिली। मामले में पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज होने के 16 दिन बाद ही कोर्ट में चालान पेश कर दिया था। इस मामले में नाबालिग भी अपराधी है। उसके खिलाफ अलवर के जुवेनाइल बोर्ड में सुनवाई चल रही है।

थानागाजी गैंगरेप केस?
थानागाजी के रहने वाले दंपती बाइक पर जा रहे थे। तभी पांच युवकों ने उनका पीछा करके उन्हें रोक लिया। इसके बाद दोषी पति-पत्नी को जबरन जंगल ले गए। वहां महिला के साथ पति के सामने सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया। वारदात के बाद पीड़ित पति-पत्नी थाने गए थे, लेकिन पुलिस ने चुनाव में व्यस्त होने की बात कहकर केस दर्ज नहीं किया।

गैंगरेप की इस घटना का वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद देशभर में इसे लेकर जबरदस्त प्रतिक्रिया आई थी। इसके बाद गहलोत सरकार ने आनन-फानन में कार्रवाई की थी। कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी भी थानागाजी गैंगरेप पीड़ित से मिलने उसके घर पहुंचे थे। राहुल ने पीड़ित के घर से दूर एक प्रेसवार्ता भी की थी।
