लखनऊ। जयपुर-अतरौली घराने की प्रमुख गायिका श्रुति सडोलीकर काटकर को 2009 में कुलपति नियुक्त किया गया था, जिन्हें अब हटा दिया गया है। यूपी की राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल ने भातखंडे संगीत विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति श्रुति सडोलीकर काटकर को अनुशासनहीनता और प्रशासनिक और वित्तीय विसंगतियों के आरोपों के चलते बर्खास्त कर दिया है। साथ ही राज्यपाल ने संस्कृति विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव को उनके खिलाफ आपराधिक और प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई शुरू करने का निर्देश भी दिया है। अगस्त में काटकर को उनके पद से हटाकर उनके खिलाफ जांच के लिए समिति गठित की गई थी।
जस्टिस (सेवानिवृत्त) वीरेंद्र कुमार दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता वाली तीन सदस्यीय समिति ने 11 दिसंबर को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपी है। इसके बाद काटकर को अपना जवाब पेश करने के लिए एक सप्ताह का समय दिया गया था लेकिन उन्होंने कोई जवाब प्रस्तुत नहीं किया।
सोमवार को दिए गए राज्यपाल के आदेश में कहा गया है कि चूंकि काटकर जवाब प्रस्तुत करने में विफल रही हैं, इसलिए यह माना जाता है कि उन्होंने आरोपों को स्वीकार कर लिए हैं। समिति ने काटकर को प्रशासनिक और वित्तीय अनियमितताओं का दोषी पाया था। समिति ने 15 आरोपों में से 6 बिंदुओं पर उसे दोषी पाया।
जांच में सामने आया कि काटकर ने बिना निविदा के एक फर्म को बार-बार काम दिया था। ये काम वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18 में किए गए थे, जिसके लिए काटकर ने 2,17,085 रुपये का भुगतान किया था। इसके बाद काटकर ने फिर से उसी फर्म को 1,44,000 और 2,21,790 रुपये का भुगतान किया। इसके अलावा 2018 में भी उन्होंने कला मंडप के निर्माण के लिए बिना किसी निविदा के विभिन्न समितियों से 3.08 करोड़ रुपये स्वीकृत किए। उन पर कई कंपनियों को 4 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के अनियमित भुगतान करने का भी आरोप है।
